Description
With 1080P high resolution and 140° wide viewing angle camera, it allows you to see and hear your fur babies, and automatically detects and analyzes the remaining food in the food bowl to prevent food stacking. With a built-in 940nm infrared LED fill light and high-sensitivity sensor, the camera intelligently switches to night vision mode, easily capturing the movement of pets at night. Love this!
I looked at a lot of automatic feeders before deciding on this one as I am very picky. I love the big container. I left my 2 cats alone for 6 days and there was plenty of food. I liked that I could check the camera to see if their bowl was empty to do an additional feed. Good thing because I found my cats ate a lot more with us gone. Maybe a little stress eating. I mainly bought this for our trips away but I like that it automatically feeds daily. I have it set up for 2 times a day but you can add more. It’s very customizable. One other thing I like is the metal tray. It seems to stay so much cleaner than the old ceramic bowl I used. Not sure why this is.

Missing previous feature
Camera is nice, but the exact cup dispense function is missing from previous Mint models. The 'portion' size is predefined, and even the smallest '1 portion' setting is too much for my cat, because I feed multiple times a day and don't want to leave any extra food out.

Outstanding product, solved my cats issue.
This is an outstanding product that does exactly what it says it does. I buy 4 lb bags of cat food and the Dual-hopper holds all of it with no issues. It uses a pouch of desiccant on the top which keeps the food moisture free and fresh. _x000D_ My cat had an issue where when I put her food down in the morning, I would have to watch her eat as she would go nuts and overeat. 5 minutes later she is getting sick on the floor somewhere. _x000D_ Now I set up this product, and assign small feedplans of 1 serving of one side, then 4 to 6 hours later, it serves another one from the other side. _x000D_ She has access to a small amount of food throughout the day and night, and she has taught herself to eat a bit and move on she knows she can come back, and it is still there. _x000D_ _x000D_ A great product, and one I am very happy I bought.

Perfect for my needs
Honestly, this device is perfect for me. Back up battery operated, the lid and food bucket is all very secured down, the camera is very clear and easy to access. I work extended hours so it's nice knowing I can check in._x000D_ The added feature of highlights/playback is kind of cool but I don't intend to use it unless I'm going to be gone on vacation.

And I do not regret! This is one of the greatest inventions in my life. Due to my work I could not properly feed my girls in time. With this device, now I can see when they eat, how they eat and how much they eat. Automated feeding is the blessing! For now, I have only 2 proposals: 1. I could not set recommended feeding in Automated Feeding feature. It would be great if the app allowed me to do that. Also, it would be great to set more than 1 pet food type (so I can set more than 1 flavor of the same food). 2. The app UI is too difficult, I could not underst What I can and what I cannot do._x000D_ _x000D_ Also, it would be great if you have some sort of tutorials for owners of 2 cats.

Efficient
This product has saved me so much time.! Although the cleaning can take quite a while. Its for sure worth it. However if we could link all PETKIT cameras I'm home to PETKIT care plus account/membership. Instead of having to purchase multiple.

Dual feeder pretty good except one thing…
I use to have the petkit mini which was very good. Both were simple to set up once you download the app. I love that you can set a feeding schedule and it had a bunch of cup sizes to choose. This new dual feeder is very cool (two kibbles) however, it does not have the cup sizes like the other. It only says like portion 1,2,3 etc… 1 portion from 1 of the hoppers is already quite big. So I can't even have both come out at the same time to mix because that would be way too much! I'd you have two cats then this would probably work. So I rotate. The company needs to adjust the settings to have the same cup sizes as the mini.

Magical and interesting
This product is really interesting. It records the activities of my cute cat. We all like it, but it is a pity that it cannot be recorded on the whole family's mobile phones. It seems that only one mobile phone can be used. At the same time, cat doesn’t like eating stale food. Sometimes she eats less, not as much as manual feeding each time.

Twice as nice
We had a different automatic feeder for a couple of years and it stopped working. So the time came for a new one. We like to surprise the kitties with snacks while we're at work or away. The duel hopper is great, we have food on one side and snacks on the other. Tha camera is so much better than our previous feeder. And I love the metal bowl, plastic bowls are just bad. It freed up space on my phone as well. The other feeder had its own app, but this feeder shares the same app as our litter box. So far a very positive experience.

Returned my PETLIBRO for PETKIT, best choice ever!
I’m loving my PETKIT unit, the quality is very nice and modern. All the parts are well fitted with the design of the feeder - the dispenser doesn’t build residue as my previous unit did. Another amazing feature is the app! It truly goes above and beyond with its features. I’m really happy with my purchase and have already purchased the accompanying water fountain to go with the feeder.

He’s still getting used to it, but he goes in every once in a while and then he gets a reward but it’s easy as hard to clean and it just makes things better I’m still trying out the litter. I will see if he likes that but so far so good thank you.

I like it a lot! Improvements include the camera, the tilted stainless steel bowl, and the dual hopper for freeze dried food. It doesn’t clog the hopper inside like the last model I used, and it dispenses an appropriate portion size. The things I don’t like are how it doesn’t display the quantity of food being distributed. The last model I used distributed small portions of food throughout the day to equal a total of the 2/5 of a cup I feed my cat every day. There is no option to select 1/20 for a meal time for example, just “1 portion”. My cat has problems with eating too fast, so these small portions minimize the chance she will barf on my floor. You don’t know how much that is however unless you really look for it (9g from hopper 2, 3g from hopper 1). The app could use a more user friendly upgrade, but my impression of this feeder is overall positive.

I love it!!!
I love this product. I bought the original version of the Dual-Hopper before the YumShare was released and always thought all its missing is a camera. YumShare is exactly what I wanted. Especially since I feed my cats freeze dried treats on top ot their dry food. I also really love that I was able to make a recording of my voice calling my cats to come eat when food is dispensed. The camera quality is great. I just really wish older videos wouldnt get deleted. Highly recommend!
