Q: Why do some reviews say have 2 baby ducks but some have 4? Is the packaging supposed to state that or just a surprise? I need to know because planning on buying for my daughter & every video she watches have 4!

A: The eggs are surprises. They may have 2,3 or 4 if lucky. Or you may get slime yolf or stickers. Bummer , I know.

Q: Is she supposed to move on her own? If so, I think mine might be defective. The ducklings attach very lightly & have to move mama duck very slowly for them to stay attached.

A: Batteries were not included. If the 3 AAA batteries are properly installed and power switched on, the Mama will move on her own and the babies should stay attached.

disappointed granddaughter
The advertising photos is how the toy should come. my granddaughter who's four was so disappointed when there's only two eggs that contain chicks. one egg contained a fake egg in plastic that says do not eat. one egg contains two stickers of chicks. Not at all like advertised. There's no possible way to have four chicks trailing behind a mother duck if that's not included. Nowhere does it say you will not get what is shown. It doesn't even state that you will get a mix of items shown at random. If photos show toy that's not included that's false advertising.

Save your money.
10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND. The day we received it we put new batteries, the mama duck moved so slow. I hoped my daughter didn’t notice it (she’s 5) the next day it wouldn’t move at all. I took the batteries out and it seemed like they got burnt? I changed the batteries and again didn’t work al all. I had read the reviews, but hoped ours would work.. unfortunately not our case. Never write reviews, but figured Id say something.

Disappointed in the Quality
My 2-year-old is obsessed with ducks and picked this out for her birthday. At first the sound from the mama duck moving around freaked her out, but now she carries it around everywhere tucked under her arm. It quacks and moves, but can only do those things at the same time. We got two baby ducks, and the slime went right in the trash. It's nasty. I was assuming the baby ducks would be stuffies like the mama duck, but they're a cheap plastic with cheap little wheels. The baby ducks do attach to the mama to follow her around and she'll sing a lullaby when the baby ducks are attached, but my toddler doesn't want much to do with the baby ducks. They're not that cute honestly. I was surprised a cheap duck with plastic wheels and one sound cost so much.

Stopped working almost immediately.
This is very cute and my youngest was really excited. We put the batteries in the mother duck, and it worked for about 2 or 3 hours. Then it stopped working. We tried different batteries. This is the second time I have purchased this toy. Once from another vendor and it never worked.

It was obvious that this had already been opened. The mom was completely detached from the nest and had fallen over and there was dog hair in it and the instructions were missing.

My daughters favorite toy
We love this duck. My daughter only got two babies but honestly she didn't care because she also loves slime and stickers so she was happy with having all of that. We love that you can continuously put the eggs back into the basket. She loves to hide things in the eggs and then have them pop out of each spot and catch them. She also hides the babies around the house and plays "hide-and-seek" with them. This has been one of the only toys from Christmas that she consistently plays with.

We love this toy! For others in the reviews saying it doesn’t work I guarantee you it’s just user error. the mama duck must be turned on and waddling and there’s a magnet on the back of momma duck you place the babies in a row on the magnet and they all waddle together momma duck also quacks happily when babies are connected to her. My 2yr old LOVES IT !

Adorable toy bit potential for disappointment
Super cute toy but my daughter was really disappointed that her toy only came with two ducklings though her friend received 4 in her package. The slime and stickers were a lame substitution.

Did not work
We recieved this as a gift for christmas and it simply did not work. Hugely dissapointing. I get that mistakes happen but I also sent a note to Customer Service on Christmas day and have not heard back yet to recieve a replacement.

painful toy
This toy PINCHES the wheels on the bottom of the duck go round and round but also up and down and mine and my daughters arm/leg skin have gotten pinched in the wheels multiple times and it’s painful
