Beautiful shape and colors

The tree is beautiful. I’ve had some weird issues with it here and there where the lights will change to colored on their own. My daughter actually got some weird static shock to it as well after touching it and the top part went out when she did so (she was fine and did not get hurt). It’s always fixable by using the remote or unplugging and plugging back in. I feared that it was not going to last because of these issues, as my previous tree had lasted about 8 years no problems. I ended up calling Phillips themselves and apparently there’s some type of frequency issue that cause the wacky color changing problem. They are sending me a new adapter and remote that should fix it. They were all very kind and concerned about what happened with my daughter as well but it was most likely static and hopefully after this new part comes there will be no issues. The customer service was really great, and if this can be fixed, it really is a lovely tree.

Worked one Christmas. Veryy pretty last year. This year it won't work on any setting. Partially works on one but have to keep turning it back on every 15 minutes to maintain it. Now, we need to hassle with attempting to replace it. If we can we have to set up a new tree all over again.

I don't understand the positive reviews. Within 3 or 4 feet of the tree, you can clearly see it is plastic. My old tree, which I purchased about 10 years ago LOOKED very much like a real tree - I don't know what it was made out of, but it had fake pine needles and you couldn't tell it was artificial until you actually touched it. This tree looks like it came out of plastic mold. You cant adjust the branches AT ALL. They stay where they are. If tou try ro move them, they just sori g back. I've always thought that one major advantage to an artificial tree is that you can (could) move the branches around some, and you can (could) move each individual smaller branch that stems off of the larger branches, allowing you to position ornaments, lights, etc. exactly where you want them. Again, not in this case. Another gripe is that the lights are wound so tightly around the branches, and from branch to branch, that even if the branches were moveable, they are stuck, bound by the lights - and in many cases the light wires go out to the end of a branch, and then jumps to the next branch close to the tip, so there are wires clearly visible. EVERYWHERE. They made absolutely NO attempt to hide the wirez cant even "fluff" the branches out to make the tree seem more lifelike. This of course leaves gaps between the levels and branches.

I bought this tree in November 2024, so barely over 1 year (important since the warranty only lasts 1 year). Previously. I had bought cheaper pre-lit trees, but had grown tired of the lights burning out after only a couple of years. I decided to buy (what I thought was) a better brand tree with LED lights, knowing it was costing more money. but thinking it would last longer. This tree was beautiful the first year and I had no complaints. After setting it up for the second year, I noticed the light settings would not last and would end up rotating through the options. No biggie. But this week, 1 year and 3 weeks after purchasing, I noticed that the bottom ring of lights is no longer working and the row above it is much brighter than the rest of the tree. Conveniently, this is now outside of warranty window and there are also tons of reviews with this same issue, which tells me Philips could care less about developing a quality product or providing good customer service. I will not be purchasing any Philips lighting products in the future, since they obviously have incredibly poor quality and are not work the cost compared to competitor brands.

I saw this tree on display in the store, but it was sold out so I immediately ordered it online at the sale price without looking at the reviews. I’m glad I didn’t because the tree is beautiful. It set up easily and I tried to be careful with the branches while shaping them, I had no issues with them breaking or the lights working. The remote was included and works well. I’m very happy.

I love this tree and all the light functions. The only issue I had is some of the branches won’t stay held up. So they fall in the row below. Not sure if there’s a fix or not. I’ve tried to put them in the back as best I can or prop them.

Pleased to find this tree on sale, order and get est delivery within a few days. Unfortunately within 24 hrs, est delivery was pushed back 4 days. Snow couldn't have been a factor, live in FL! Thankfully the tree was easily assembled & looks awesome with all of the lights.

Ok, this has been an interesting ride! We purchased this on Black Friday. It was an amazing deal! Super excited to get it home, opened the box and had it almost completely set up and the plug cord was literally severed! Ugh 😑 took it back and were able to exchange it for a new one, thanks to Target’s excellent exchange and return policy! Got the new one home! We absolutely LOVE this tree! SOOO worth it! Would have even been willing to pay more as this tree is amazing! Gorgeous, well made, awesome features, and super easy to put together! This tree is SO WORTH it!!! Changes from multicolored to white, has a remote and has smart setup technology!

I really love the light settings and options. Assembly was simply. I do not like that you can not fluff the branches well, I feel like it could be more full with thicker or even more branches. I have a lot of spots with holes that's can't be fixed because the branches are limited in arranging due to the lights

After a year the unit has only two lighting functions out of 2000. Anytime a tree lasts only a year at 370 plus is a travesty.
