Philips Avent Anti-Colic Baby Bottle - Clear - 11oz/3pk

This has been the best bottle for my lil man he has had the most success with this bottle because he was colic and he didn’t like most bottles and because of that i won’t ever purchase any other bottles

I bought these to have at home for my niece thinking they were the same ones she uses at home. Turs out they hold more than the ones her mom has. Work so good, her mom asked for the link to buy some to have at her house.

However, my little one seemed to have a hard time drinking out of them. I am not sure if it was a latch issue or what was happening but it would take him 45 min to drink half an ounce of milk. I would switch the nipple to a different advent nipple and he would easily drink the whole thing. Something about the nipple just doesn’t work for us. I do love how the actual bottles have the wide mouth and that they can attach easily to my spectra pump. We did receive this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this gift through Stellar Product Testing Panel and gave it a try with my little. We used Anti-Colic bottles due to Colic reasons. This is a very high quality product to try. Having the straw in the bottle to help prevent colic was perfect but the flow seemed to be a little fast compared to others we’ve tried. Having the flow a little fast, we sized down. This set still made my LO a little colicky. The bottle was super easy to clean and to take apart. Putting the bottle back together again could be a little tricky because you have to be careful you do it the right way to prevent spills. Having a firm nipple helped preventing any collapsing problems and seemed to mimic a breast. Overall, we had a like/dislike with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Philips advent wide mouth bottles since my son was born and a very small nipple size due to nursing and excessive spit up but I received the Philips Avent Anti Colic bottle as part of a panel so wanted to give it a try. I was a bit worried about trying this new shape and faster flow but my son didn’t seem to mind. It is hard to say as the spit up comes and goes now that he is 9 months old but he did spit up less after feeding from this bottle so I think it helps. Our son is not colicky so can’t speak to that. I wish I had tried this earlier when the spit up was really bad! It was a bit tougher to clean than the classic bottles though.

Easy to put together, use, and clean and my baby seemed to be less gassy/burpy after switching to this bottle. Overall, I would recommend! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Avent Anti-colic bottles worked perfectly for my son! I highly recommended the nipples and bottles to all my family and friends. The nipples are simple to utilize attaching to the bottle. Uncollapse, durable, soft, and breast shaped. My son has struggled with coordinating sucking, swallowing and breathing with many different bottles. The sprout on these nipples are the best because of controlled flow preventing gag reflex for my son. I’ve been using these bottles every day between breast feeding sessions.

It was nice to have fewer pieces to clean compared to other bottles that we've used and they worked just as well at preventing gas/spit up. Our son has always had a poor latch, and it was best managed with a different nipple/bottle combo in the Avent line, but he would still lose his suction frequently resulting in swallowing air. I'm unsure if the bottle vs the nipple helped more, but the anti-collic nipple/bottle combo was AMAZING. The 11 oz bottle is big, especially for our son who rarely eats more than 8oz. But we didn't see that as a problem and it still fits in our sterilizer. I also love that these bottles can be used with the other rings/nipples we already have in a pinch. are interchangeable with other Avent bottles we already owned. Highly recommend!

They have helped tremendously with my sons colic and gas. They are easy for my son to hold and maneuver. These bottles are easy to disassemble and clean, which helps a busy mom out! If your baby has a healthy appetite and needs more ounces than most bottles come in, I would highly recommend these bottles.

For us it's an easy simple feeding solution. My baby drinks from them easily and since it's only 3 parts it's easy to put together and easy to clean. My baby is not particularly colicky but we do think that with this bottle she doesn't have gas as bad. Usually at the end of a feeding she will do one big burp and then she's good. This is especially important for us as we bottle feed her right before she goes to bed so we don't want her waking up with gas during the night. And she has not had that problem when using these bottles. My baby is 9 months old and we mostly use size 3 and 4 nipples because she can handle the higher volume flow from those sizes. The bottles are also comfortable to hold. We have actually transitioned all of our bottles over to this brand and I would recommend this brand and product to anyone.

He loves the nipple size and flow and is able to hold the bottle easily on his own. The bottles are easy to clean and I love the larger size of the bottle. All of my other bottles that I own are less than 11oz. I found that these bottles helped ease my son’s gas. I would highly recommend these bottles to anyone looking for an anti-colic/gas bottles for their growing infant.

My baby also did not have any gas or colic from switching which was a relief. These bottles were super easy to clean and assemble. My 8 year old was able to put them together as well. The nipples that came with the bottles were fine for us. My baby is a slow eater so anything more she tends to gag. Overall, I would use these bottles again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this set from the Stellar parent panel. What I liked about these bottles is the they're easy to clean and put together. My infant is pretty picky about bottles but did take this bottle fairly easily. I noticed that it had a positive effect on gas/burps. All in all a good product. It did take us a couple of tries to find the right nipple flow -- since I mostly nurse we ended up going with the slowest flow.

They are a little different from the bottles we normally use - a bit wider around. My baby is at the point where he can hold his own bottle, and once he got used to the size he didn't have any problems with them. My baby generally only drinks 4-6 oz per meal but we were able to make half portions with no problems, the markings in both metric and imperial increments on the side of the bottles were a great touch. It was extremely easy to assemble the bottles and nipples, basically no work involved. In terms of the usage, this was a great product for reducing gas/discomfort. My baby had no issues after eating and spit up was minimal. He was able to quickly and comfortably eat with no problems. My only gripe with these bottles was that cleaning the nipples was somewhat difficult - I think because they're on the wide side, a lot of crud can get stuck and it took a while to get them fully clean by hand. The bottles themselves were easy to clean. Overall this is a nice product!

My husband and I are first time parents to an almost exclusively breastfed 9 month old. We’ve tried giving him bottles numerous times but up until recently there was only one we could get him to take and only from me, no one else. He also tends to get gassy when he does take a bottle. He now uses sippy cups for all other beverages but we still have a hard time getting him to take milk from anything other than the breast so we were more than happy to test out a bottle but our hopes/expectations were low. To our surprise he actually drank from the bottle on the first try! Unfortunately the bottle is a little big for him to hold up on his own though. We didn’t fill it all the way with milk because he’s never drank more than 5oz from a bottle at a time (and that pushing it) and since he’s not very experienced with bottles, he doesn’t know to hold it up higher to get the milk. He drank from it with us holding it though and he actually seemed to like it. He also doesn’t seem to be gassy after drinking from it which is great! Overall it’s a great bottle-baby took to it easily, seemed comfortable, super easy to put together and to clean, and helped with gas. Gave 4 stars only because the downside for us is the size. He still drinks mostly from the breast and by the time he’s drinking that much aside from the breast, we’ll be using sippy cups/straws over bottles but we’ll definitely keep using the nipples on a smaller size bottle.
