Impossible to find foil heads
Really great product haven't found anything close to this shaver but they don't make the shave heads anymore so once it dulls out good luck. Unless you want to trust temu foils from god knows where on your body

Customer Service Is Terrible
I will never buy from Target again. Their website had a glitch when the item was purchased. I waited on hold for an hour directly after the order was placed to cancel the wrong address on the order. Customer Service said system was down, please call back. Called back next day as asked and they said order was already shipped and they cant do anything about it. IT WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THEY PROVIDED NO HELP OR REFUND.

Great function, low material quality

Not actually waterproof
This device is advertised as 100% waterproof, but it's not. I kept mine in my shower for a few days, never submerged, and it stopped working. In fact, it wouldn't turn off, the power button didn't work to turn it off. It ran nonstop for a couple hours before finally dying for good. A postmortem showed that water somehow infiltrated the sealed electronics container and rusted the motor. It even got onto the battery. Before it broke, it wasn't all that good of a trimmer anyways. The battery never really seemed to last and it always took several passes to actually remove hair at the level it was set.

Cheaper than waxing
Easy to use, fairly effective but not as close as a shaver or the first couple days of a wax job. MUCH less expensive than waxing. Easier and less messy than wet shaving. Takes about 30 minutes to do everything below the neck. Very hesitant to use on the family jewels, but had no problems. Too easy to hit the off switch when using. I wish it charged via USB-C. The manual says it's both waterproof and water resistant. They should give it an IP rating. Great tips on website for using the product.

Great, but doesn't last
Product worked great for the two years I've had it! Great, close shaves. But I give this product a low rating because it died, just 5 months after the 2 year warranty ended. Sad to say, I really liked this product but can't see myself purchasing another to replace it.

Product won't charge or turn on!
This body trimmer was amazing for a little less than a year and then one day just completely shut off and stopped working even when charged. Not what I would expect from a product from Philips and am extremely disappointed.

I frankly never thought one could get as close and quick a shave with an electric shaver. I was fortunate enough to try my friends model so I had a really good example and try out to make the decision to buy. Expensive but well worth it.

Reasonably quiet, good shave with no irration.
It may seem a bit odd for a woman to use a men's shaver, but I didn't always have the best of luck in the past with women's shavers, and I must say, this is by far the best shaver I've had. I had the Norelco 7100 prior to this one. I found that the Norelco 7000 is better than 7100. It's considerably quieter and I got a better shave without irration afterwards!
