Make the handle more user friendly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the toothbrush! My only concern is the handle gets very slippery when wet. I have had hand surgery and find it difficult to hold while brushing my teeth. I have dropped it several times. And I broke my previous one, it landed on the head and stopped vibrating. I wish you would wrap the handle in silicone. Right now I have wide rubber bands around the handle. Not a good look.

Good brushes!
I like the tooth brushes they clean well but they only last me about a month and I have to change them out. I wish they lasted a tad longer. Maybe I'm brushing too hard.

Very Hard Bristles! 0/5
Zero out of five stars! These brush heads are VERY hard. They will remove the plaque from your teeth and your enamel too. I do not recommend using these. It is actually concerning that these are still in production.

These bristles feel much harder than ones I’ve used in the past, but I can’t find any information on the box about the stiffness of the bristles. They aren’t comfortable to brush with.

Not happy!
I have a Philips Sonicare 6100. I recently purchased a 5 pack of replacement brush heads. Both my wife and I find it very difficult to attach these to our handle. Then when finished, it's very very difficult yo remove the brush head from the handle. We're afraid we're ging to do damage to the handle, Did I order the wrong item? If so, please let me know what I should have ordered and if I can return the unused brush heads that were ordered in error. Thank you.

Bristles come out
I bought a 5 pack and every single one has had at least a couple of bristles come off in my mouth . . . usually stuck between the gum and tooth.

Quality is going down while price is going up
I don't know why this product costs so much, it use to be less than half the price. The quality is decreasing with each pack I get. Time to look for other options.

Does not work with our Phillips brush handle
I would give this zero stars if I could. Have had Phillips sonic brushes for years. Most recent one was a HealthyWhite. Bought two packs of the C1 brush heads (not cheap) and they don't mount properly on the HealthyWhite. Started rattling and leaking brown oily fluid from the head. Decided the problem was the handle so bought a new one (Protective Clean 4500), and these heads are even worse with that! They don't fit on the handle unless you push really hard, and then you can't get it off. One head even separated because splitting the brushhead shaft took less force than removing the head from the handle. Gave a brushhead to our daughter to try on her sonic handle and it didn't work for her either - rattled and wobbled. We have been through several brush heads in the pack and they are all the same. The package says these heads are compatible with all Sonic toothbrushes but this is simply NOT TRUE. Now we have two handles (presumably the first one still works) and no heads, and no idea which replacements to order that will work.

Confusing Description on Package
Back of package describes the bristles as "extra soft" rounded bristles sensitive on teeth and gums but the front of the package says its a "medium," which are not sensitive for teeth and gums.

This is what I don't like about ordering online, receiving the wrong item and the hassle of returning, finding the correct item, etc. It is difficult to choeose the right product from a tiny picture or an obscure description.

head prematurely detaches from metal mounting ring
After loyally using multiple Sonicare products for years, these C1 SimplyClean heads (HX6015/03) are big disappointments. The metal mounting ring inside the plastic head detaches after about 2 weeks. This has now happened with 2 heads from the same package. If you start to hear an unusual vibration while brushing, it is starting to happen. Before it self destructs, however, it does work very well.

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the Philips Sonicare brush heads. Please note that if your brush head falls off your toothbrush handle, ensure that the brush head is attached correctly. Attach the brush head with the bristles in the same direction as the buttons. A small gap will remain between the handle and brush head as needed for vibration. Also, ensure that the bottom of the brush head and the area around the metal shaft are free of debris. You can clean it with lukewarm water or a soft cloth. We hope this was helpful. However, in case the issue still persists or you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact. Hope to speak to you soon. Kind regards, Philips Consumer Care
