Nice for the 40+ crowd, not too thick!
Do you like a slight tingle? Have normal skin but you are in your 40s? Feel refreshed every morning with this cream. I bought it once, fell in love with the feel on my skin and the ever so slight tingle after washing my face and applying toner. I use it nightly and love it. A little goes a long way, so you don’t have to use too much.

Overly Perfumed

Skin Inflamed
Used original Hope in a jar for years. Stopped to try newer products. I was excited to try this for more moisture retention. Unfortunately I started trying when weather was extremely hot, so used with sunscreen. I broke out. Didn’t use with salicylic acid products, just Philosophy Purity Made Simple, witch hazel toner and this. My face looks awful. I believe it’s the overbearing fragrance but never the less wasted money and now waiting for face to heal.

Velvety skin

There is no scent which I love. The consistency was at first strange to me but I quickly got used to it. It blends seamlessly and is great under foundation. Not oily at all! I do wish it came with a little product scoop though so that I didn't have to dip my finger in every time I use it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’ve been using this moisturizer for a few weeks and really like how it feels on my skin. i love the cooling effect when I first put it on, the texture is light and sinks in quickly. my skin looks more plumped and refreshed and definitely has a great glow. it layers nicely under my makeup with no pilling. my skin can be sensitive and this did not cause any irritation or breakouts which is a big plus. i need a richer cream at night, but for daytime especially in warmer weather, it is a great lightweight moisturizer that smoothes, hydrates and adds a subtle glow.
