Here are a few tips to make it work best: Texture: Cake frosting is often softer and fluffier than traditional cookie icing. If you want it to firm up a bit, let the frosted cookies sit uncovered for a few hours so the frosting can crust slightly. Decorator Icing In a medium bowl, beat frosting and 1 ½ cups powdered sugar for 3 minutes on high speed. Pipe or decorate as desired.

Horrible flavor
The flavor is very artificial – the peppermint is light but fake and the vanilla base is awful. Thankfully we tasted it before we put it on our cupcakes and had another can of icing available. This went straight to the trash.
