Did not like this taste at all, try it again and just barely edible. Family don’t mind, but I can’t get pass the artificial taste, very subtle strawberry flavor. We almost always get funfetti so I thought this was a nice choice for my son’s birthday. Now I want to throw it away and buy him another. First bit was soo water, it wants to be moist, but just tastes like water for soak in it. Also cake did not rise as much as others.

Super bummed bc mix says it’s supposed to make 24 cupcakes. It barely makes 20 & followed recipe exactly filling cups halfway?? Hardly any sprinkles in mix and then the taste was really bland (didn’t taste strawberry?) … seems to skimp on the mix and so watery the recipe calls for all water eggs and oil (cheaper for them to manufacture & more for buyer to supply themselves) . Not a fan!

We have tried other strawberry cake mixes that seem to be just plain cake with pink coloring. This actually has a flavor that my kid likes. The ice cream cones recipe on the back of the box is very cute, kid approved.
