It's been cold here in michigan and me and my father have been using our wood stove in our hunting cabin. It always seems to take a while to get the fire going but not anymore. These work great just light and put at bottom of kindle lights thw fire in seconds. I am happy we are all glad we have something new to go to in fire making in the woods. Thanks i plan in using at home in the fireplace as well im sure they will work phenomenal.

My family had as such a great time using them when we camped out in our front yard. They kept us nice and warm not to mention cooked our dinner for the night. It's the small things in life that bring us joy, and being quarantined doing this really helped my family tremendously. Family time has been few far and in between. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a lover of nice big fire, I of course have run into one of the primary concerns being how quickly I can get my fire started and burning nice and hot, especially in the Michigan winter months. I have tried many different fire starters, kindling and logs to accomplish my task and found each to have a unique set of frustrations. This particular log however was one of the easier ones to use and really got my fire going. This log catches easily after lighting the paper and burns long and consistent at the core of a fire. I was able to have my fire up and burning hot enough to sit outside in December without suffering frostbite, so I can definitively say this is an absolute go to on my list of necessities for bonfires and camping. Overall the log is easy starting, catches quick and produces good light and heat, it has a nice burn time for my use (about 3 hours for me), it doesn't produce any chemical smell as I have seen with other logs and when burnt with your favorite wood, it wont overpower the smell of the burning wood. This is a great value comparative to other logs and I will be keeping them on hand for all my future fires.

The quantum line is great—burns nicely with a good flame, lasts a long time, and burns cleanly. Very little ash, which must mean it it also burns efficiently—very little waste ash to clean up. Very impressed with this log.

They lasted roughly 3 -4 hours in our small fireplace. Which was perfect for what we wanted them for. I’ll definitely be getting more of these for the winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used starter logs for quite a while now with a fire pit in our yard. I've never used one quite as good as Pine Mountain Quantum! The log is small, fits perfectly within our pit. Easy to light, easy to burn. Lasted longer than advertised, about 3.5 hours. The log burned bright, evenly and gave off a bit of heat, but not a lot. We used this more for ambiance rather than heat, so this was great for us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We dont usually use our wood burning fireplace because our flue was broken, and we just had it fixed last year. We still dont have any supplies for inside of it, but we used this inside for Christmas. It burned for hours Christmas Eve and we enjoyed sitting around it watching the fire. Its a nice option for the winter months when its too cold outside to use the outdoor fireplace. Definitely worth every penny!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fire logs are great for when you just want to have a short fire. They make a fire that last a pretty good amount of time for one log. They don’t make as much of a mess as real logs. They do have a smell but it’s not overpowering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tool if you have a hard time starting a fire, or are out bag packing and don’t want to carry a bunch of logs. Simply light the bag on fire and watch it burn. Can be broken up and used as a fire starter as well. At first I didn’t realize you had to keep packaging around and light it, but once I figured it out, it burnt great and for a long time. Good product, like how you can purchase in single packs and larger boxes.

If you have not had any luck with wood burning fires I would highly recommend this brand. my fireplace burned continuously for over 3 hours, which is longer than I originally anticipated.
