Q: Can anyone explain how to get the sides to stay up/lock? And how to collapse this back down? I’m pulling the white strap and it won’t collapse down. The box shows only 2 steps which is to push the middle of the bed down.

A: The center parts of the rails twist inward. You have to twist outward to collapse it.

Poor assembly directions
The crib itself is nice and sturdy once assembled. The assembly is complicated and not well explained. It's harder to assemble than a real pack n play. You have the twist the metal piece on each side before pushing the bottom down. It will not seem like it's meant to twist at first.

Instructions on how to get the sides to stay up
It’s a great item, but literally no instructions about how to put it together. My adult daughter figured it out …You have to twist each side and roll them to secure them in place. What to put together it’s perfect for a little kid and their stuffies or dolls.

Great little baby doll pack and play
First off, my daughter got so excited when she saw this, she ran to get her doll and immediately put it in. I love that this folds up exactly like a pack and play so I can stick it under her bed when we're not using it. My daughter loves it and has been putting the baby to sleep and waking it up all morning.

My daughter is having so much fun with this pack and play for her doll. It’s fits many of her dolls of various sizes. It is very sturdy and the quality is great. It does fold up nicely to store or take on the go. A small child could not unfold this on their own. It takes a little effort to twist the sides to ensure they are stable, but once that is done the pack and play works perfectly. It’s a fun addition for your kids that love to play with dolls!
