the putter plastic is oddly warped and makes hard bubble dents in plastic and there is a hole in the plastic seat cover in the back so water will get in and get moldy if you need to wash it. I have a girl.

Clean & effective potty training
My daughter has used this throughout potty training and it has been great to have. It supports her so she does not feel like she is going to fall into the toilet and it provides for much easier clean up than the small separate from the toilet potty chairs. The hanging feature is another plus and allows her to get her own potty chair out and put it back when done. It does not get it the way of adults uses the toilet and hanged neatly to the side.

Good splash guard.
Good flexible, removable splash guard (others may have overlooked it in the package??). Our son has successfully pooped and peed a couple times now with no mess. Hangs easily on the toilet. Haven’t had for long so cannot speak to long term cleanliness.

Bad design
I’m not sure how this has such good reviews. The soft part of the seat is detachable and that means there is a little gap between the soft part and the plastic part and the pee gets in there. When I pick up the seat, pee flows out everywhere. It’s a horrible design. Should mention I have a boy, might not happen with girls.

It doesn’t work. The thing slides around on the toilet, and does not fit there properly. It’s like it wasn’t designed to fit on a toilet, disappointing.

My daughter loves baby Shark. This themed potty seat has made it easier and more fun for her to go potty! What a game changer. There is even a little cup attached to make sure there isn’t any leaks anywhere. The only down fall is the quality and wear and tear is becoming seen only after a month or so from buying it. I guess I just expected it to look better longer. But my daughter loves it and that’s what matters. It should last for a while!

Not the best quality
I buy things that are durable and have high reviews. This seat had high reviews but it’s poor quality: cardboard and foam. The plastic cover around the seat was ripped when it arrived. I’m shocked that this seat was more expensive than the white plastic toddler seat that I purchased as a replacement.

Pee gets trapped inside
Works great for a little while then pee starts getting trapped in it and leaks out when you move the potty and makes your whole bathroom smell like pee. I can’t open it to clean it and I wouldn’t want to. Throwing it away.

Disregard all reviews that say it doesn’t come with a splash guard… It does, it’s just underneath the cardboard which is why it isn’t visible in the pictures some folks posted. It’s cute and my son is super excited to use it.

This little toilet potty seat is just the motivation my son needs to get up and use the big potty. Baby Shark is a hit in our house and when he has to potty he just says baby shark and points or he will bring the seat to me. I love that this grabs his attention. The seat fits perfectly on top of our oblong toilet seat and I like that it comes with a hanger to put the seat on when not in use. It's easy to clean and sanitize. Have had no problems with rips or tears.
