My kid loved the seat and it was plenty padded and fit our standard toilet fine but came missing the splash guard. For a boy it’s a necessity! Thankfully target is sending me another at no charge but it pushes back our progress a few days

Great with one flaw
Love this potty seat so much but there is a design flaw. Sometimes when your little one has an emergency which feels like all the time, urine can get in between the seam of the padded seat and the plastic part it snaps onto (the handle part). I recommend taking it apart and disinfecting regularly. Also DON’T get rid of the splash guard; boy or girl you will need it.

Not good for a boy
Not a good option for a boy. Pee gets stuck between the foam top and the plastic rim underneath. When you pick up the seat to hang it on the hook, pee drips everywhere. We have to open the whole thing, rinse it, lysol it and leave it apart to air dry. Awful design.

This is a cute seat, but it's messy. It breaks apart easily and because it's multiple pieces, urine and more gets caught within it so if you move it, it leaks out. Super gross!

Cute but not great for boys
Love Bluey but it's not a great seat for boys. The splash guard is flimsy rubber and always folds in half when my boy sits down. The seat also slides around a lot so he's not very confident sitting on it.

Poor design: pee gets under cushion.
How does so much pee get trapped between the cushion and plastic part??? This is so gross. I would’ve never bought it. If you’re using this seat, and you don’t take it apart daily to clean it, you’re in for a big surprise.

Skip this one if you have a boy
I wanted to be able to keep this because it made my son so happy, but the design is awful. Every time he got even a little bit of pee on it, the pee would go down in between the plastic base and the cushion. I’d have to take it apart and clean it just about every time it was used, which was the whole point of getting this, so we didn’t have to wash the potty chair every time he peed! Total miss, we are sad. Only plus side is he thinks it’s a lot more comfy than his little floor seat.

Easy to clean
Updated design from last time we bought one. We needed an extra for a friend’s house. The updated design is better! Little one likes the open handles better than the solid ones on the old model. Also the pee guard is wider and had an indent to stay in place under the cushion. These potty seats completely come apart for easy cleaning, no weird grooves where nasty stuff gets stuck. We take it apart regularly to keep it clean and sanitary.

Cute but troublesome
I really wanted to love this as a replacement for the huge bulky one with stairs my son uses but it is way too small for our toilet seat. It says it works on different size seats, but this definitely should only be used on a small circular toilet seat. It slides all over the place and my son is scared he’s going to fall in haha! I think on the right toilet, this would be amazing.

Doesn't really stay
It's cute, but it slides and doesn't really stay in place since the bottom is just plastic and doesn't have any sort of thing to keep it in place. My toddler never was able to sit on this by herself so we ended up getting something else. Love that it's easy to put away and cute bluey design. Otherwise it's just ok.
