Directions
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Do not microwave. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Stovetop
1. Lightly spray skillet with nonstick spray.
2. Preheat on MEDIUM heat.
3. Add sausages.
4. Cook, turning frequently, for 10 to 14 minutes or until fully cooked.

Fantastic FLAVOR!!!
These bratwurst are so yummy and go from frozen in the skillet to my belly in less than 10 minutes! I can't express my appreciation enough that these are soy-free & gluten-free, and STILL yummy. My hope is that I'll be able to order them for pickup at my nearest Target-- I presently make the 40 minute drive across town to the only Target that stocks them.

Where have these been all my life?
LOVE THESE!! These are the best brots we could find. If you are regularly meatless these taste absolutely phenomenal. Our household can’t enjoy these enough. The price is fantastic per link and the flavor is cheffs kiss. To cook, just put on a skillet on medium in oil and rotate on all four sides covered until browned on all sides. That way the center is cooked. Or : Cut up in into small pieces and mix with veggies in sauté mixes for seared small bites.

Pretty bad
These are....not great. The flavor reminds me of how my dog's food smells, yet both my husband and I agree that they somehow have an aftertaste of fruity pebbles. If eaten with something else, like marinara sauce, they're almost edible but I would never want to eat one plain.

Meatless brat sausages from good and gather

We made some by themselves in someway put on a hotdog bun. I would highly recommend this. It tasted completely like normal Brotz. We did pair with ketchup and mustard, but also still was delicious. I had really low expectations for these sausages. But I was pleasantly surprised at the great taste. It is possible to have a great tasting sausage with less fat and no gluten. Not our cup of tea unfortunately

It has been snowing so we didn’t grill. The flavor was ok as they are meatless, so the remaining we would try grilling as I think the flavor will be a little better.
