Plow & Hearth - LED Suction Cup Window Candle with Auto Timer

I bought 2 of these candles in November 2023. The first lightbulb burned out after a month and the second lightbulb lasted for 4 months. I tried to buy replacement bulbs but they aren't available. They are of no use to me now. Very disappointed!

I put it on a window sill in front of the house. I really like that it has a timer so I don't have to unplug it every night.

I have windows where no electricity is available. These are perfect and I like the bright out/dim in feature. This is my second set I also gave them to my daughters who have high entries with windows over their front doors No electricity up there! These lasted the whole season plus on the original set of batteries.

I've enjoyed these battery operated candles and changing colored bulbs. I love them that much I ordered a few extra colored bulbs 'just in case' they discontinued.

Perfect for our type of windows. Suction cup can be a little fussy. One of the clear bulb covers broke when it fell on our carpet.

I really wanted to love these; they do 'look' great. If you have 4-6 windows with good sills they will be good (but buy extra light bulbs when you order). I have 20 casement windows. So - I purchased 20 window candles last year and didn't realize each candle uses four AA batteries. Went out and got 80 batteries - filled all the candles then tried to put the bulbs on as quickly as possible so they would all turn on and off at close to the same time. (This isn't easy.) I thought I could put the batteries in the freezer and re-use them this year - but that doesn't work. They use up the batteries within 30 days. (So this year I was going around replacing batteries after having filled them all at the beginning of the season - then trying again to get the bulbs to turn on at the same time.) The other problem is - you can't just buy a replacement lightbulb - you have to buy this candle specific bulb. I had a couple break while they were packed away and customer service couldn't find the correct replacement bulbs. (Luckily - I had forgotten I had purchased extra bulbs last year!) This was a lot of money to spend for a product that isn't right for me. Anyone interested in these candles please reach - I have 20 available and some extra bulbs! :)

Didn't stick really well on the window but I haven't tried it yet. Love the look!

I couldn't find cordless candles that were visible from the road. These are bright and beautiful. The batteries last from Thanksgiving to Christmas! They are one of my favorite items.

These candles are perfect for window location where there is no electric outlet. They do take4 AA batteries but will last from after Thxgiving to mid January. My older versions ad worn out on the screw top (after about 10 yrs) and it was nice to not have to struggle with that. So far so good….seems to be all fine.

Bought for a bathroom window with a very narrow sill.

I purchased 10 of these candles (item #88025) and paid a lot of money. Just over $140. When I received my order, one of the candles was broken. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace it, even though it was on back order. When it finally came back into stock a month later, I received an email from P&H that they did not have enough stock to send me one. So I received a refund. So I ordered the replacement bulbs (item #65P56) instead which were on backorder. I finally received those (which cost as much as the actual candle), and installed them last night and the auto timer function doesn't work. I contacted P&H and cannot get replacement bronze candles because they are out of stock, and then I was told that the only replacement bulbs for this candle are item #87063 which do not match the other clear white bulbs. I ended up getting a refund for the broken candles and was told all these candles sell out fast each year and that they are unable to send me replacements (even in a different color). I would recommentd these with the following caution, buy a few extra to accommodate for broken bulbs.

I bought 15 of these window candles and they are such a disappointment! Within 20 minutes of putting them up, 3 fell and the bulb shattered. The suction cup does not work well. I called customer service and no replacement bulbs were in stock. They are sending 3 new ones, but it doesn't ship right away because it is "replacement order". So who knows when I will get them. I would have sent all back but now I have $60+ in "AA" batteries. The look of them is so cheap. I have gone back to using the original battery operated candles because of the issues mentioned. So disappointing. What do you suggest to appease an angry, frustrated and disappointed customer?

I wanted to love these. I love how they are brighter outside than inside. They turn on for 6 hours, which is nice. Several broke upon receipt and two more broke when we were putting batteries in them. I now have 4 or 5 that are useless. If you don't want to use the suction cups and you dont ever go near them after you've set them up, they are pretty good.

This purchase completed my set of candles for my new house for Christmas! They work wonderfully and stay bright for several weeks!
