Just like any interactions I have in store or online I am always satisfied. I also always feel confident that if there is an issue it will be resolved immediately. We change our our pillows a couple of times per season due to spills from little ones or just lots of use from houseguests and the pillows we buy may be inexpensive, but they don’t feel that way and I appreciate that.

Got this for my fiancé since his pillows were expiring… So far so good. It’s been a couple of months since we used it and it seems to hold up its shape. We have other pillows that were a lot tougher since i prefer those. But he likes these since these are softer.

Junk pillows. Flat and noisy. I could hear the plastic fill squishing around when I laid my head on it. I’ve never “heard” a pillow before but these are noisy! I threw these in the trash. They weren’t even worth it to get my money back.
