[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy to have this from influence, they are long on both the front and back and are absorbent, there's a little bit of elastic around the edges which helps keep the edges of the pad raised, curved and close to your skin, which combined with the extra length makes a difference to leaks, especially when lying down, I think. These Poise Winged Incontinence and Postpartum Ultra Thin Pads are much better than I expected. They really have the absorbency I expect from pads of this type without being as bulky as they usually are. One of the challenges of using pads like these for extended wear is avoiding irritation. These pads do a great job in this regard. Not only was I able to wear them for the full 12 hours without any skin irritation, but the coating didn't fray or fall apart at the end of that time. The length of the pads provides good coverage for both medium and large sizes. These pads are definitely worth the purchase.
