A: No. Mine arrived smashed and severely damaged. Target will not refund you and they will not send you a replacement. They do not consider this a statue. They consider this only cards which does not qualify for a replacement or refund with Target.

submitted byPkmnMaster - 1 year agoA: I ordered a NEW 2024 Charzard EX Pokemon box, but I didn’t receive a Pokemon anything. Instead A got some creepy wrestling trading cards from a Target Return Center in Indianapolis. Everything begins and ends with Target. The actual shipping box dimensions (when followed to Fed Ex tracking directly from my order page on the Target site states 9in X 6in X 5in. Yet, per the product page just the product is: 19.9in X 14.1in X 10.9in!?!?!? Funny thing is (we need a sarcasm font), the invoice paper in the tiny box says it contains this product that is more than twice the size of the box!?!?! Plus I got this on a President’s Day Sale so I hope to God they have more and will do the right thing because this isn’t cool and has me in tears.

Was excited to open up this box but found that it was damaged on one corner of the box. Really disappointed to see that. I feel like I paid for a new product that should be delivered undamaged, but Target won’t allow returns or any kind of exchanges on this product. Right product, wrong way of shipping.
The item was as requested. And even though it may not have been targets fault completely. The boxes were pretty banged up. These are collectors items. And damaged boxes defeats the purpose. I wish they were packaged with something to protect them. But they were just loose in a box. So all the corners were ripped up. Really lazy packaging. Not cool.

I was hesitant to order based on other reviews about damaged product, but thankfully mine arrived undamaged. However, the box lacked bubble wrap, paper or anything to stop it shifting inside the larger shipping box and if not handled with care it could easily get dented, scuffed up or otherwise look worn - so I sympathize with those less fortunate. Otherwise a very sharp looking collectible, just have to decide whether to keep it as a display or rip the packs with my son.

Charizard ex Super-Premium Collection
After several failed attempts of trying to order this set when it was on sale, I was finally able to order one. I was a bit hesitant as several reviews stated that it arrived damged, however the one I received is in perfect condition! I am beyond happy as it is a gift for my son who both plays and collects the cards and has been coveting this set. Thank you Target for offering this item at an affordable/lower price and limiting the number of Pokemon sets that people can purchase. It enables kids who actually play the game to get an amazing collection!
