This is a scam and has resealed items in them. They are damaged cards inside the packs and the best you will get from this resealed packs are maybe a holo. Reverse holo if lucky. Scam. Scam. Scam.

It showed up open and gone through. Target will not refund or return it because of their policy. I’m doing a chargeback to deal with it. Point is be carefully when buying things from Target like this they allow 3rd party sellers to supply then don’t protect you as the customer
