Shape the world and build a cozy new life with Pokémon
As you work to help nature flourish, more Pokémon will appear for you to meet and learn from!
Create habitats, cultivate crops, and more in a world with varied weather and real-time day and nights
Description
Play as a Ditto that has transformed to look like a human! Find and befriend your fellow Pokémon, carve out a life for yourself, and work together with Professor Tangrowth to build a town for everyone to live in. Learn the moves of your fellow Pokémon to change the land, such as Bulbasaur’s Leafage to make the wild grass grow. You can also use abilities to transform and navigate the world around you, such as crossing water with Lapras’s Surf.
Gather materials to create items and furniture, till the fields to grow delicious crops, create habitats for the Pokémon you meet, take photos of fun moments, customize your hairstyle and clothing...there’s so much to do here! No need to rush, though—go at your own pace and enjoy the journey. With a real-time day and night cycle, varying weather, and other surprises, just taking a nap in your bed and letting time pass can be pretty relaxing.
As your town develops, your fellow Pokémon may also come to you with requests you can fulfill to solve their problems or make the town a more comfortable place to live in. Eventually, you’ll be able to build a nice big home of your own—and then invite Pokémon, and even other players via local wireless* or online**, to visit and hang out together. You can even invite visitors who don’t have the game—whether they are on the Nintendo Switch™ 2 system or Nintendo Switch—by using GameShare***!

A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Pokemon Pokopia - Nintendo Switch 2
Yes, it does! However, there is a small distinction between a physical rug and an in-game rug. Every early purchase of Pokémon Pokopia (digital or physical) includes a digital Ditto Rug to decorate your house in-game.

Q: How much memory does each version require? Digital and physical, which I heard is just a game code.
submitted by Kira - 6 months ago
A: I believe digital takes up more space due to the fact that it's downloaded on your system, playable anytime so it requires more storage space; I am not 100% sure.

Q: Is there any difference between physical or digital? Is there any reason to buy the physical game?

A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Pokemon Pokopia - Nintendo Switch 2
For Pokémon Pokopia on Nintendo Switch 2, the gameplay is the same whether you buy physical or digital. There’s no content difference between the two. The choice really comes down to how you like to own and use games, whether digital only or a physical game cartridge you insert to play.

avoid. this is not truly a physical game. This is a "Game-Key Card". A $70 cartridge that only acts as a download key isn’t physical ownership, it’s physical DRM. With a 130GB mandatory download & the cost of an Express SD card, a single game suddenly costs $130+ just to play. Put the full game on the cart or don't sell it. #SavePhysicalGames

My husband and I love this game! He is a seasoned gamer and I am a total novice- we both enjoy playing a lot. Story is fun and it keeps you wanting to finish challenges, find new Pokémon, etc. we bought a switch 2 primarily for this game and it was totally worth it!

Cozy and fun
I’ve been playing Pokemon since Red and Blue. I was hesitant to get this spinoff game at first because I get bored easily in similar games like Animal Crossing, but it has held my attention long after finishing the main quests. Honestly that’s probably entirely because of the Pokémon. This has been a peaceful and relaxing game to unwind with at the end of a long day, and it’s fun to build homes for Pokémon tailored to their tastes which forces at least a little more variety. I wish the base game had one or two additional towns that you could explore is pretty much my one criticism.

Not fully physical, and have a building that glitch, and doesn't a pokémon to talk with, for completeing the construction. But the demeaning use of it for Pokemon, and the content incorrect/misuse of they, them, and their. Which is a group, is never an individual. Also not everything is past tense, but whoever writes this game, doesn't know how to use or against saying can, is, or will, which makes this convolute. Otherwise a fine game.

Obsessed is an understatement
This game has been one of the most addicting games I have ever played. Seeing what pokemon I can help bring back has me so motivated to keep going I don’t think I’ll ever stop! I’m at 100+ hours as of right now.

This is the best game, it’s like Animal Crossing new horizons but just way better and there’s Pokemon involved.

Love Game, HATE Key Card
The game is engaging, fresh, and creative, so I’ll enjoy for many hours. The game key card. Disappointed. $70 to rent a game for as long as Nintendo alllows me to (when they stop server support in 10-15 years)

This game is so fun! For me personally, it is similar to Animal Crossing, but also reminds me a little bit of Zelda Breath of the Wild with how the graphics look. Highly recommend if you like relaxed game play, fun side quests, story line, and cute characters!

Total Scam
After placing the order it was cancelled and without justification, support only gives long delays and they do not recognize their error.
