The lunch pouch straps ripped off the first day of school. The backpack still seems to be holding up as we are halfway through the year.

It wore down easily. We went through 2 backpacks in 2 months before giving up and going back to pottery barn. The fabric easily gets caught in the zipper and then tears, making it impossible for a 6 year old to open.

The zipper jams in a large seam running inside along the zipper path. We eventually had to switch to an old backpack, very disappointing.
