I recieved mulitple damaged items from them. The box was broken, then packs had damage inside and outside the pack. The packs were knocked out of thier holding slots. When asking for any assitance they basically just said its our policy not to help you. Avoid this product and find a better company. They are getting 1 star reviews for a reason.

Shipping was horrible They ended up damaging my package

While Target has a (understandable) policy of not accepting trading card returns, they offer no form of remediation when a product is damaged in transit. I ordered two or these boxes and both came with rips/tears/dents in the cardboard and plastic while one of the jumbo promo cards was heavily creased as a result of the shipping damage. Though they could not accept a return, Target support was unable and unwilling to offer any form of compensation, such as a small percentage off a future order (10% or something similar). As a result, I paid full price for damaged goods and no support whatsoever. I'll try my luck next time purchasing in-store rather than relying on their shipping and poor customer support.

I ordered this a while ago but knew it was going to take a while to get to me. They had an estimated date that it would be delivered to me and it came on exactly that day. Takes a while but everything came sealed and in excellent condition. Will order from here again.

Came sealed and in good shape

Bought 3 box with no hits which is disappointing. Each box contains two promo cards, 2 surging sparks, 1 obsidian flames, and 1 stellar crown. Packs are fun to rip none the less even if I didn’t get any good pulls.

Ordered 3, received 2.... I called support and they said they'll send something to their support team and email me in around a week.... box doesn't even fit 3, super disappointed with their service and response.

I do not advise you to order Pokémon cards from target, they are not returnable even if they have not been opened! My son received 2 of the same sets for Christmas and I can't return the set I ordered and none of the target employees can tell me why. I didn't see anything saying this when I was ordering or I would have ordered from somewhere else!

Ordered a box because it said it would arrive before Christmas. The next day, I get an email that it won't be shipped until January. I tried to cancel but customer service said it was too late. At the time of writing this, it's still being listed arriving before Xmas. Don't buy it if you need it for a Xmas gift. False advertising! Side note: I'm sure the product itself is fine.

Got my item on time and in perfect condition. Everything was sealed and in perfect conditions. Thank you.

Everything came in good condition

This was packed along with 2 ETBs that were loose with no packing material in a large box, and this ended up destroyed along with extensive damage to the ETBs. Target will not accept returns on this or any other TCG product. I would avoid ordering anything from Target if you want it to arrive in one piece.

Only straight fire from this box. Don’t let Scalpers find out.
