If one bothers to look, one can see that this container pours. It doesn't have a controllable spout. It's perfect to carry larger quantities of water to events - especially in THIS heat! Love it!  see moreof Chaiah's review

    NOT USER FRIENDLY! I thought I could just put this in the fridge, open the spicket, and pour the water out. NOT! When you pull out the spicket, there is NO WAY to really know WHERE the water is going to come out, which in my case, was on the FLOOR!
