A: Yes the plastic used most certainly does because if it didn't they would 100% be advertising it as such and jacking up the price.

I used to use this water for my first child’s formula bottles. Unfortunately, something has changed in the quality. After reading reviews of others babies getting a rash I still tried it since we needed something and hoped it wouldn’t be an issue. My baby immediately got a horrible rash to the point of almost having open blisters. Imagine your 1 week old screaming in agony while you’re also PP dealing with healing and the flood of emotions and there is nothing you can do to help them. Thankfully we stopped using the water after about a half gallon was gone and her rash is better. It’s the only thing we changed so we definitely got our answers on it’s definitely the water. DO NOT BUY! If I can help any other parent it would be to please pick anything other than this!
