We have Zoom and MS Teams meetings - the Polycom X30 unit is just not workable with Teams in a corporate environment. Avoid. Zoom is fine, but without the Teams element working as advertised, it's better to use a mini PC instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased 2 of the x30's. 1 worked and the other shipped with a newer firmware. The newest firmware does not work when trying to make Teams calls. This has been reported on Poly forums for months and subsequent firmware updates have not fixed the issue. Neither Poly nor Microsoft has been any help in getting this resolved in a timely manner or communicating any type of timeline. Also some of the hardware like the video input does not work, and has not been enabled. Be careful and check the features and read the support forums before purchasing. If the issue with Firmware that has been ongoing for months could get resolved, these would not be as terrible.

Has been great. Microsoft teams is not as good as Zoom rooms but both work well, however to change between the two providers a hard reset of the device is required that takes 10 mins each go. Very annoying and would have hoped that this would be a simple system update completed by now.
