A: I've been using this cream for years to moisturize face/body day & night. I've been very satisfied buying the 10.1 oz, especialy, before Target raised the price! It cost $7.99.

My mom passed when I was 15, going thru her makeup after she died, I found the ponds dry skin cream she used every day. That was in 2003. I still have her old container of it, and have been using it myself ever since. I buy one about once a year, it lasts a long time, just the tiniest bit for full moisture. It feels super smooth and wonderful. I'm 36 now, and my skin is still soft and moisturized like it was as a teen. Don't sleep on this product. It's like the best kept secret of skincare!

Tried and true, hands down from high end like la mer to all others, Charlotte tilbury, etc at age 63 I go back to this always. I have spent a fortune and retuned when allowed to all sorts of face creams that claim this and that. We’ll ponds is the this and that and the only one I need the only one that works. I also use the green capped jar for removing eye makeup and cleansing my face. Then double cleanse with my other tried and true face wash olay 7 in one face cleanser. I’m almost 63, have had major skin issues from the effects of three types of cancer treatments and this cream and the cleanser green cap and the Olay wash keep my skin soft and clean and the dryness at bay, also want to add I use the Klean skin club supreme washcloths. As bacteria in wash clothes, is bad news for face and eye lids. And laundered face cloths can irritate sensitive facial skin. Keep life simple- ponds light blue cap, ponds green capped, olay 7 in one wash, and klean skin club supremes( which I cut in half) so 50 is 17.99 but I get 100 out of the box, also after I use on my face I then save and use for cleaning my sink and tub. So many uses. Buy this ponds cream and save money and your skin.

what happen to Pond beauty cream. Back in the 70's i couldn't stop buying it because of the nice smell it had. Now that beautiful smell is gone. it smell chemical. i use it because it works good on my sking. i wish they would bring back that nice frances it had durng the sixties. it was in a blue bottle.

I tried this dry skin cream to soothe my skin after it was irritated by another product. It has helped calm my skin down, but my goodness--the scent is SO strong. It's like baby powder combined with a bathroom air freshener. Are the ingredients in this product really so terrible smelling that they have to cover it up with so much fragrance? I really wish there was a fragrance free version of this because the smell gives me a headache and is really noticeable (someone said my face smelled like an old lady). Also, I noticed there is petrolatum and methylparaben in this. I think one, if not both of those ingredients are banned in some places for being bad for you. I do hope Ponds is being conscientious of that. And, please make a fragrance-free version of this for folks with skin and scent sensitivities!

Now that I’m in my 60s, my skin has gotten a lot drier and my pricey moisturizer from the department store wasn’t cutting it. One day I noticed this on the shelf at Target and had an aha moment-my mother AND grandmother used this! I haven’t looked back-this is now my go-to moisturizer for day and night, under makeup or no. In this cold winter weather I’ve started using it all over my body, including my heels-it rocks! Simply melts into my skin. Best of all, I’m saving a ton of $$! I put it on as soon as I get out of the shower, then it has time to sink in before I put my makeup on. I have fair, very sensitive skin with rosacea and I’ve never had a bad reaction. Usually scents bother me but this one doesn’t, it’s soft. But I would appreciate a scent-free version even more. The fewer chemicals the better. Next time I’m buying the large jar!
