Falls off
It does the trick most of the time but falls off often. Because it’s rubber, it gets stuck on things (such as the inside of your pocket) and spins and falls off. It’ll drive you nuts.

Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick well to silicone, highly textured, and many soft cases on the market. They will not adhere well to iPhone models 11 and up and the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case. Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base. The gel might not stick well if glued to iPhones without a suitable case. Not Sticking: If your PopSockets product is no longer sticking, follow the steps below to reactivate the adhesive gel on your PopSockets product: Step 1: Give your PopSockets gel a quick rinse. Step 2: Let it air dry for 10 minutes. Do not leave it out any longer, this will cause the adhesive gel to dry out entirely. Step 3: Stick your PopSockets product back onto your phone case, and let it sit for a few hours before engaging it again. This will ensure a stronghold. Cute but slippery, not practical
The colors and sparkles are cute but it’s so slippery that when I set my phone down it spins or slides. I wish I knew that before opening the package, their other pop sockets with more of a grippy texture are much better and more practical for different surfaces.

Cute, but not sticky enough
Adorable style-wise, but the adhesive stopped working after about a week and I haven’t been able to get it back on :/

Worked OK for a few days, but then the adhesive failed, and the PopSocket fell off my phone, dropping the phone to the ground. I heard they recently changed the adhesive formula, so maybe that's it? Anyway, I like the comfort of the grip being soft, but with an unreliable adhesive, I can't recommend this since attaching the grip to the phone is the #1 most important priority for this to even be usable. I tried switching to another ring grip brand, and its adhesive is already lasting longer (over a week now). I'd suggest to PopSocket to put more resources into a reliable adhesive.

Colors not as photographed
I anticipated pink and purple hues but what I recieved was more lime and tangerine. This was my first top swap and I needed to use two different hand tools to remove a mini-insert from my base to make way for this replacement.

Pretty but not practical
Very pretty but very slippery. In conjunction with my slippery phone case it was just a recipe for disaster, kept slipping off of surfaces or out of my hands until my phone landed in the sink into a bowl full of water 🤦♀️ I’ve had only pop sockets over the last decade and this is the first bad experience I’ve had with them

I only can see blue when light shined onto it
I think it’s pale blue popsocket that light shined onto it, but I can’t find any wrong with it either because I can see colors changing when light or no light shines onto it.

FELL OFF
Ordered 5 to give out. Applied one to my phone case and it fell off within 1 week! I've been using them for years and never had this happen. I cleaned everything and tried to reapply it without success. I tried Gorilla glue without success. I went online and ordered volport 3MSticky Adhesive, applied one last evening and so far, so good. We shall see! What happened to your adhesive?

Not blue
I ordered opalescent blue and it is not nearly as blue as the pictures. The base isn't blue either. Since it's opalescent, it does change when the light hits it, but it doesn't get nearly as blue as the photos.
