Seems to be very quiet as well. i can hardly tell it's running unless im in the same room. it's on in. It works so well and cools my entire 900 square foot house! Even on the 89-degree day we just had! I love being able to set the temp, and when it reaches it, it turns off! It's such an amazing unit!

I ended up putting it in my office about 5ft from my desk. Customers comment how quiet it is, and ask me where to get one. I love that it has a remote. My other ones have not came with one. I am thinking about getting a few more units for the office.

This AC definitely helped cool down my 470 square feet room quickly. It runs smoothly and quietly during the operation. It came with everything you need to install. It has a remote control and comes with batteries as well. It is the first time my husband set it up. It took him about 30 minutes to finish the job.

My room has no windows, so I had to put the air conditioning on the wall. This air can be used in windows or walls. The installation was not easy, but it was achieved. This air conditioning helps a lot to cool the bedroom. Since the sun gives direct and with the HVAC, it is not enough to keep the fourth cold. The panel is easy to use, and the instructions are clear and precise.

I live in the south and this time of year it’s warm enough for air conditioning but the nights and mornings are still chilly. As soon as it was installed I turned on the cold air. First, great air flow and super cold air. Second, it is very quiet. I have had window units before and they were very loud. This unit does have supplemental heat. Meaning it’s meant to be operated when temperatures outside are between 41 and 75 degrees….it’s supplemental and not primary heat source. But, it’s perfect for knocking off the chill in the mornings and I could not be happier. The unit also dehumidifies…that is also a plus here in the south! It has a washable filter and comes with a remote. I’m impressed!!

The unit works great to cool, but there should be a setting to keep it on rather than it turning off when it reaches the lowest temp, which isn't as low as I prefer (64 degrees). The contestant on and off wakes me throughout the night. It's annoying.

It has a ton of options to customize how you want your air for your most comfortable fit. I'm impressed by the sophisticated features like the thermostat and dehumidifier function. It has a lot of features, so you will need to read the manual and keep the remote control on hand! I really love this A/C unit!

We received the Midea 6,000 BTU ComfortSense Window Air Conditioner and so far it has been working great. It didn't take very long to cool off the entire space which impressed me because it has been very hot and humid. It was easy to install in the window and is easy to operate. I love that it has a remote control and ComfortSense setting is pretty neat feature. It basically senses where the remote is located and works to push the cool air to reach that location. So far we are very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this air conditioner in a 12' X 18' room over my garage that had been converted from attic space. It tends to get hot in the summer, so I installed this window AC unit into the single window in the room. Installation was easy, and the instructions walk you through step by step. I would recommend having 2 people for installation because although the unit isn't very heavy, it helped to have a second person to position it. Programming the unit once it was installed was simple, and I really like having the remote for changing the temperature - very useful to keep near your bed at night. The unit is a bright white color, and looks nice when installed while being surprisingly quiet in use. It did a great job lowering the temperature and humidity in the room, making it much more pleasant to use in the summer! Make sure that you get the correct size unit, and it should cool your room nicely.
