Bad
Creates a mess to unpack. Defective switch and top light does not work. Troubleshooter said send it back. Hours to unpack, set up, clean up try to fix with troubleshooter, disassemble , repack, travel to post office and back. Hope there are no additional charges, hope a functional one is eventually sent back. If you like this process buy one

Nice lamp. Used a different shade- the drum shade didn't suit me. LED reading lamp is VERY bright. I fashioned a shade for it so it was less obtrusive to people across the room. Shipping/packing box was huge. I kept the lamp as it is great for reading.

Perfect lamp
A very nice lamp. It was very easy to screw together with no visible seams. The switch is in a perfect position for turning the lights off and on. The lamp is very well weighted and sturdy. The side light is bright and adjustable and perfect for reading and crocheting. I am glad I purchased it.

Would order this lamp again.
Very pleased with qualify and ease of use. Needed good lamp for reading and this meets that requirement. The fact that all three light positions are controlled by one switch is not a problem for me This was noted in an earlier customer review. Shade was larger than I liked but switched it out with another lamp.

Finally A Lamp With Bright Light
I have had my eyes on this lamp for a couple of years and when I revisited and found it on sale, I snapped it up to use next to a new recliner. Love being able to use a bright 150 watt bulb and the gooseneck spotlight is phenomenal for these senior eyes for reading and knitting. For those complaining about the styrofoam packaging, this retired engineer says kudos to the pkg engr for doing a great job to ensure no movement and breakage.

Think twice!
Loved this light while it was working, but first the reading light had a short in it. While trying to fix that, the main light stop working too. So disappointing seeing tha it provided a lot of light and I really liked the design. Not worth the price for such a short-lived light unfortunately (2 years).

The product was as advertised. It is a nice looking floor lamp and very functional. The gooseneck reading light is great for reading. If I were to get picky the only semi-negative comment that I could make would be that the gooseneck does not hold its position in all possible positions. It holds in most but not completely in all. So maybe it could be a little stiffer.

the lamp is perfect in the family room. Nicely made a sturdy. Wish I had bought it years ago. The only problem is getting rid of the Styrofoam packing, but that is everywhere.
