Prang® Pastello™ Chalk Pastel, 12 colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this chalk to use on my home chalkboard. The other brand I was using would not show up very well. I thought it might be because the chalkboard was older. However, once I used this chalk it was clear that the problem was my old chalk brand and not the board!

How do I get this chalk off the concrete? mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chalk has a classic rainbow vibe, with imaginative colors. They are smooth and easy to use, they show up bright. They are great for art projects, and for kids to doodle with. They are long lasting, and come off hands cleanly with soap. My only issue was with them breaking after a handful of times, and they can be a bit messy. Definitely having newspaper below the paper, helps from having a mess. They are fun to use, and the colors stay on the paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe it has just been too long since I've used paper chalk, but I found this chalk extremely difficult to use. It stuck to my hands more than the paper and constantly squeaked when I used it. I found that using the corners worked better, but this also made my colors heavier than I wanted sometimes. Overall, I think I can still enjoy these, but only for very specific types of projects that don't require detail. I'm holding on to a lot of hope because the color pop was great. I'll find something they're perfect for.

I love they way they glide across paper, normally other chalks drag on the paper and leave lots of residue to be brushed away...not these! I highly recommend these great quality chalks as they are fairly priced as well.

We have a concrete block in our backyard and the kids and us loved drawing with these on it. This chalk also worked great on our chalkboards. Definitely worth trying these and we do plan on purchasing again!

I love that it is Non-toxic, my kids love the colors and how it brightens up their drawings, and these write really nice and don't break. This chalk would be great for many projects. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a quality chalk. This is a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this chalk last month never heard of it and it was a little extra priced so i had to try it out it was just like any other chalk that that I have used would I recommend it yes to someone with expensive taste me I'll stick with the cheap chalk

The chalk is a nice size but I tend to like breaking them in half to have smaller sizes to work with. They did come with a few of them broken and they do break fairly easily but that's to be expected with any type of chalk so not a big deal. The colors look great on paper and provide the perfect variety of shades to complete any project. Small size makes it convenient to carry in a bag on the go. I did have trouble getting them to go back in the box after I used them though. Box is kinda easily torn up so not super sturdy. The colors mix and blend well to provide even more shades. Overall great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much color this chalk pack has. The colors adhere to the paper efficiently and make my child's artwork bright and lasting. The colors blend easily and do not lose their vivid color when mixed. Instead the combined color remains bright and vibrant. The variety of colors in the package is also nice and allowed my child and I to make several different pieces before running out of material! I highly recommend this pack for every artist!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This colored paper chalk is amazing!! The colors are vibrant and bold, and the chalk is incredibly durable. My kids have spent countless hours creating beautiful masterpieces with this chalk. I am so impressed with the quality of this product. My children and I love to do arts & crafts, and this is definitely a favorite of ours. The individual sticks are a nice size, and they last for a long time, while covering a large area with a single stroke. In addition, the colors don’t wear off or fade. We’ve even experimented with mixing colors to create new colors, and we’ve had great results. I could not be happier with these colored paper chalk sticks, nor could my kids!! These will make a great Christmas gift if you’re trying to come up with gift ideas. I honestly think that they’re great for young kids through the high school years! Fun for EVERYONE!!! Five stars all the way!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked these white color chalks initially my son was using sidewalk chalk because we couldn't find White color and sidewalk chalk creates a LOT of dust for indoor use, so these were a VERY welcome find. These arrived all in one piece which made me happy not that broken ones would matter, I was just impressed. They came packaged nicely and securely to avoid banging around in the box.best quality.

It didn't have a lot of fallout when using. they are not very messy. They are sturdy and don't break easily if you hold and use them without force.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hadn't used chalk pastels in quite a while, so I picked up this set. Not only are the colors bright and beautiful, but the blend so smoothly. They're not super hard or crumbly. Just the right texture. Really enjoying creating with them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a chalkboard for the kids to play on and a chalk wall that we write the menu for the week and this chalk worked great on both! It showed up well on either surface and was easy to erase when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so fun to draw with! I haven't let my kiddos take over them... yet...until I've worn them down some. Overall they are very soft and easy to work with. With any pastel, you have to be careful not to let your hand/other things brush up against your newly-created artwork. I'm very pleased with the vivid colors and how long they seem to be lasting so far!
