Well worth the buy!
Love these they are stronger then normal pastels and glide on paper so well very easy to blend pigmentation is strong and stands out can use it in many ways and the texture feels nice in hands and the packaging stands out from others these are quality and would totally buy over other pastels.

Good for professionals not good for starters
I just didn't love these I feel like in a world where there's so many different options this is just not it for me but I'm also a beginner. So if you're more experienced with this kind of product then you should get it but if you're just starting out no bueno.

Worth buying for sure!
I love these! They don’t get all over your hands like a lot of pastels do. The color is vibrant . I used these along with oils to paint and draw with. All the colors it comes with are great.

Great for classroom use and beginner artists.
Super blend-able and sturdy with amazing color pay off. You can sharpen these just like a colored pencil and the slots allow for color organization.

I love these! My favorites! The texture is smooth even in rough textured papers! Super blending with fingers and tools. Great way to add depth and pop to charcoal renders! Started using these years ago and will continue!

Great for mixed media work
The colors are vibrant on these. They come in various different sizes with multiple shade ranges. It does take some getting used to when blending and layering. It can be a little messy if you use your hands. The pastels don't require too much pressure when applying to paper. These can be used wet or dry, but I have only used them dry AND can't say how well they perform when wet.

Easy to work with
I like these pastels, but I have noticed that they aren’t as boldly pigmented as some others. I also don’t use pastels all that often, so I don’t have too much to compare it to. I think these are a great value and I like having them to experiment with.

Strong, sturdy and great for large spaces
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just have to say I absolutely love these. They are very strong and sturdy and so far I have not had any break on me while using them. Once you get the technique down on how to use these, you can easily get these to blend beautifully as long as you are using the right amount of pressure. Press too hard and it makes it harder to blend. Also these can be used with water but I have not done this so I can not speak to the effect. I like to use these in combination with colored pencil and really helps speed along the process. I highly recommend these as they are very reliable.

I hardly give 5stars as there could be defects that I don’t catch right away. The pigments are decent & work well for vinyl doll face ups. When water is added it smooth & doesn’t give that chalky look. Colors blend well.
