The fan seems to be off decent quality for the price. I'm not really a fan person, but I had to be ready for festival this summer if they happen to play "Boots on the Ground." I read the other review, but the colors on my fan are vibrant. Target isn't that consistent with the quality of any fabric-based items though, so I get. I wish the color was on both sides of the fabric, so it can vibrant inwards and outwards. And I knew this when I purchased it, but I don't understand why the colors can't be in the order of the rainbow? I know a lot of people dislike Pride or the LGBT community, but that doesn't mean we have to be afraid of rainbows. If you're already branding something under "Pride," you might as well go through with it completely.

The plastic is poorly molded and scratched/chipped in places, the fabric is frayed at the edges, and most importantly it's only brightly colored on one side - the reverse side of the fabric is faded. Very disappointed that this is what we get for the Pride collection.
