Great beginber probiotic!!
The only probiotics that haven’t caused bloating and horrible gas pains. I experienced minor discomfort the first couple of nights (I take them before bed) but smooth sailing after that. I did get one yeast infection a week or so after starting these and I would have never connected it to these but another reviewer mentioned it so I thought I’d mention it here. Again, these might not have been the cause. I have a lot of stomach issues (I might have ibs) these seem to be helping. I will continue taking them until i feel like i can move up to a stronger probiotic.

This is decent for people that are under 40. Not very affective with women’s health/immune/gut issues. The coating does help it to get further into the GI tract, but the WOMENS Probiotic from Up&Up rivals quite a few Mainstream products.

Changed formula
I loved this item and used it every night. However, they recently changed the packaging and color of the probiotic and I am experiencing nausea. Why do they change things that work?

Why is the softgel silver now?
I really liked these but the most recent pack I bought the soft gels are a sparkly silver color (huh?!) and they have a very pungent smell… why did they change it?! The formula is still the same from what I read on the box but I just don’t get it.

No more IBS symptoms!! I love this product!
These have helped in reducing my IBS symptoms and chronic inflammation. They have been an absolute game changer. Other probiotics I’ve tried have not been as effective, as quickly as this one at reducing my ibs symptoms. No more gas, bloating, or multiple trips to the bathroom every day. I am also combining these with other probiotics as well to keep a good spectrum so they are not the only probiotics I am currently taking but I have noticed after a few weeks of these that they were helping tremendously. I also started daily intake of a prebiotic-benefiber in conjunction with this as well as including plenty of fruit veg and fruits, and daily yogurt. Overall I’m mostly symptom free after about 2 months of this regime. May not be for everyone but if you have an overactive gut and/or IBS this is definitely worth a try to see if it will work for you.

Caused Yeast Infection.
Caused yeast infection. I've been trying to find a good probiotic for me since they took the capsule Up&Up probiotics off the shelf and so far I've experienced a yeast infection from taking this one. I would not recommend if your a woman and have recurring UTIs and yeast infections. Definitely messed with my Ph balance.

Great for Antibiotic Side Effects
I recently had to take a 14-day course of antibiotics 3 times per day. My doctor recommended taking probiotics to help with the side-effects of the antibiotics. I did take them twice a day at least 2 hours before my antibiotic dose and it really helped with the stomach-related side effects of the antibiotics. I’ll definitely be getting a pack of these whenever I’m on a course of antibiotics.

I've had candida symptoms for decades. When I go off of probiotics, the symptoms really flare up when I go on sugar binges, or high carb diets.
