Quality Control
Love Crocs. Hate the Crocs sold through Target. The strap was way too short on the pair I ordered, and given the amount of people I now see complaining about this issue I question why Target hasn’t done a quality check to get rid of the defective ones so their customers don’t have too.

Great shoes, but I sized up and they are too tight! They fit today, but with how fast toddlers grow, they will be too small in 2 weeks. There’s plenty extra room without the strap around his heel, but for an almost 2 year old, they won’t be staying on his feet without that strap engaged in sport mode. 5 star shoes, 4 stars for the trouble to exchange them when I sized up to avoid that from happening.
