Issue with Hinge and Delay in Replacement
I bought this item, and about two months later I had a problem with it. I sent it in for repair, but they couldn’t fix it. I waited for around two months for the replacement parts, but then they emailed me saying they couldn’t fix the problem and would send me a new one instead. I’m still waiting for the replacement product. The issue was with the hinge — I wasn’t able to fold it.

Sleek, bright colors and simple to use
I got this Factory Refurbished and yes, no documentations or instructions. Yet super simple to setup. I'm using a windows PC. When you plug the screens to your PC, a folder will open with drivers needed to use the device Win/Mac. Install them and restart your system. Them two extra screen will come to life. Bright picture, and colorful screen. Great addition for traveling if you need the extra screen. Very content with the purchase.

Good Idea, just doesn't work.
Unless you have the time to waste looking for installation and operation manuals online and from Acer don't bother purchasing this monitor.
