Q: What's the best way to reshape the hat? There are weird folds from shipping.

A: Thank you for reaching out. Since the hat is made of 100% polyester, the best way to reshape it is by using gentle steam and reshaping it by hand. Hold the hat over light steam from a clothing steamer or an iron set to low heat for a few seconds at a time, then carefully smooth out the folds and reshape it while it’s warm. Allow it to air dry completely while maintaining the desired shape. Please avoid pressing directly on the hat with an iron, as this can damage the fabric. After a few minutes of steaming and reshaping, the hat should return to its original form.
