L-Theanine is an amino acid that has been shown to raise concentration levels while promoting relaxation and calm.* Can I get the same health benefits of tea by drinking it. It's possible, however, you would have to drink multiple cups of green and black tea every day. And when you drink tea, (as with most tea extracts) it is difficult to get enough antioxidants necessary to maximize the potential health benefits. Does CardioTea have any side effects? Trusted for years

I have been taking the CardioTea tablets for about three years now. I feel like they supported my weight loss as I was losing weight and help keep the weight off. I feel alert but not buzzed when I'm taking them. Such an easy way to get the benefits of green and black tea nutrients!

Great quality product

Great product. I drink green tea a lot, but this provides an extra boost that I feel helps my overall heart health. I've been using it from basically the time Cardiotabs began offering the product. Of course you can never say from a pill that this is what helped, but I do feel this has been very helpful to me.
