It's okay, I guess
It's good for small spaces and has a lot of storage for dishes. The parts fit well, but if you knock it, everything falls off. I wouldn't use it for stemware unless you want to buy new glasses. The drain doesn't work at all, and the water just sits in the tray, so I have to clean it often.

Came damaged right out of the box
The box was damaged, and it looked like it had been opened and resealed. The product was bent when it arrived. I'm not paying for shipping to send it back.

Like it, but could be better
I like that it's rust-resistant and looks good. The draining tray could be an inch bigger on each side, and the rack moves around a bit. It would be better if the rack had rubber stoppers on the legs to keep it from moving. Overall, I like it.

Not great for small kitchens
This rack actually holds less than my old single-tier rack. The space between the top and bottom is too small to fit anything unless you lay it flat, which takes up the whole bottom area. Plus, the bottom doesn't drain right, so I have to dump the water out manually. Waste of money for me.

Not as good as it looks
My first one came with a broken plastic tray. Also, the cup holder, wine glass holder, and silverware tray don't drain properly,they just drain onto your counter. The cups don't stay in the holder, and no plates stand in the bottom. The only thing I like is the draining tray.

Cup holder doesn't fit snugly
The cup holder doesn't fit properly, so it sometimes falls off when you're taking cups out. Also, the water from the utensil holder doesn't drain into the tray like it should. The drying mat doesn't cover everything either.
