COMPLETE NITEMARE. Shipped in polybag $81 machine!? FULL of holes. One bigger than my hand. AND TOTALLY FILTHY bc it's UPS! Carefully took 3 hrs to deal with & set up drain hose on my bathroom counter. ONLY TO HAVE IT RUN FOR TWO WHOLE MINUTES and THEN DIE. Unbelievable. So upset & disappointed & angry. Quiet & Compact

I needed a dehumidifier for our basement, as it has been feeling damp and musty. I want to prep for the upcoming heat and humid days, and I can already feel the dampness in the basement. This dehumidifier really pulls the moisture out of the air. It’s got some power for its size—my basement’s around 600 sq ft and it handles it like a champ. The auto shut-off feature is super handy. I don’t have to worry about it overflowing when the tank’s full—it just shuts off and gives a little red light. Total peace of mind, especially since I’m not always checking on it. It also has a “sleep mode” that’s quiet enough not to be annoying if you’re hanging out down there watching TV or working out. All in all, it’s been doing a great job keeping the basement dry, smelling nice, and even looking kinda cool while doing it. Would recommend!
