This Omega has been a regular part of my day for years.

This product was recommended to me years ago for health, or at least to improve my mood. The doctor was rather enthusiastic about it and told me to take four pills a day. I seemed to help as my mood became more stable. There is only subjective measurement for this result of course. I now take three pills a day and sometimes two. I think it is healthy anyway without needing to help one’s mood, but my mood really needed boosting too.

Expensive, but worth it.

I whole heartily recommend Omega 3 Mood as it does help uplift my spirits. It's expensive, but I feel much better when I take it. I take 2 a day. I have used it for several years now and I feel as if it is worth a try for anyone who struggles with depression.

Best Omega supplement I've tried

This is the only Omega supplement I have taken that had a definite improvement on my mood. I've tried other products but this one is hands down the best. Keeps me feeling positive. It's not a miracle cure but it does lay a great foundation. My only complaint is that fishy after-taste all Omega supplements leave you with. If they could eliminate that, this product would be perfect!

Great quality at a great price

I have been taking Country Life Omega 3 Mood for over a decade. Though I always dilligently research new products, I have found this to still be great quality for a great price (thanks to Swanson Vitamins pricing and promo discounts). I particularly like that this brand is derived mostly from "small" fish, which eliminates my concern about mercury found in larger fish. I would like to see Swanson start a Frequent Buyer program to reward loyal individuals who order on a regular basis (i.e. monthly)

My favorite supplement

I started taking Omega 3 Mood after reading research on the positive effects of high-EPA fish oils on mood. It has worked wonders for me. I like the calm, peaceful, positive way I feel when I take it & my mood definitely suffers if I ever forget to take it. A truly outstanding product at a very reasonable price. This is the one supplement I absolutely cannot live without!

My nutritionist recommended high dosage omega 3 efa with a 2 - 1 ratio and this was a great find at a great price. It has made a difference in my life!

I really think it helps

I've been using the Country Life Omega Mood supplements for over a year now and I do feel like it gives me a nice lift. This has the best EPA/DHA ratio for the money too.
