When I first started with this product, I'd spent a lot of time and energy trying to figure out which brand to get, and settled on this one for several reasons, including that it is ultra purified, molecularly distilled and derived from small fish. I think that one has to be careful about anything from the oceans these days, due to mercury and other pollutants. I was familiar with the work of Dr. Murray and thought he wouldn't recommend a product that wasn't good quality. It is a high dosage for a relatively good price. Yesterday I attended a lecture by Dr. Murray, and it seems that for my situation, I should be taking more than the one capsule a day that I've been taking. I'll give that a try.

this product has a perfect balance of omegas and no aftertaste. The gel caps are easy to take. I like them better than any other similar product.

These omega 3's were recommended to me by a compounding pharmacist and have worked very well for me.

I have tried about a dozen brands of Fish Oil over the past 10 years and this one in my opinion is the best one I have use. I never got a fish taste out of any fish oil I ever took thats probably just how my stomach is I'm never troubled with upsets or after tastes. I got this brand because it has the highest Omega 3 DHA and EPA total of all the ones I have used. I have used this brand for a year now and I can honestly say I feel much better and I have more energy than on other brands. Its expensive but Swanson's has a decent price on it.

This fish oil has the highest concentration of omega 3's per capsule of any other fish oils that I have ever used. For example, this fish oil contains 400 mg EPA and 200 mg of DHA fatty acids per capsule whereas other high end brands will contain about 300 mg EPA 200 mg DHA or less. Drugstore brands of fish oil doesn't even come close to this stuff. Also, it is pharmaceutical grade so quality and purity is top notch. This is the best fish oil that I have been able to find and have been very satisfied in using it.

I notice a difference from this fish oil versus others, and also if I don't take it for a little while. This is a real quality product that delivers.
