Great brush "memory".
I did the same thing!! I left the brush on after use...never thought about the heavy weight I left it under. Decided I had forced the brushes out of position, maybe I could remind them of their original position. Drew up the hottest water I could get out of my laundry room faucet and placed the brush in to soak...; like magic the brushes returned to their stand up position. That was impressive! Can't wait for it to thoroughly dry and we're back in business!!

Replacement
We had to replace the carpet brush because I didn't remove the brush from the orbiter and it flattened which was no fault of the brush. If I hadn't done that, I would not have needed to replace it. It works great when used as insructed.
