Finally some yeast-free B12 supplements!
I recently found out I’m allergic to yeast, so I had to find yeast-free B12 vitamins. Not an easy feat, but I found these! No reaction so far after weeks of taking them daily, so I’m very happy.

Trusted Supplements!
Awesome to have supplements I can trust to be gluten free! Dr. Recommended I take magnesium glycinate, B-12, and D-3. After a few weeks of taking them I feel great!

It is very difficult to find Vitamin B12 pills that do not contain red dye (to which I am allergic) so I was please when I found Swanson Health Products and Country Life brand B12.

Value for the money
Think of this product similar to a "5 Hour Energy" in a pill form.

Easy to take
This product is purchased for my husband as he does need a B-12 supplement. Can't rate the effectiveness more than "good" because there is no way to tell for sure. However, my husband is happy with it and has had me order the same product for at least a year (or longer).

Trucker's Edge
I drive truck at night. Often when I eat, I get a little sleepy. If I take one of these tablets, with other things I take that is right for me (an apple is one thing, I just eat the outer peel), the tablet gives me enough of an edge to keep me from becoming drowsy.
