[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this product because my doctor recommend I take these for cholesterol. I haven’t had my levels checked lately so not sure if it helped. The packaging seems fine and they don’t taste funny, so that is a plus. I do wish that you only needed to take one capsule and they were a bit smaller. I haven’t noticed any other changes since taking this or any side effects. All and all I think these are good but can’t really say more that that since I don’t know yet if it helped my cholesterol levels.

A hope and a prayer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure how effective this is because I would have to take it longer then a month and have my hdl checked before starting and and after using but I do have very high hdl so I’ll give it a shot because I go in around the time this bottle should be finished and we’ll see if it helped but never heard of it before I started this review but I’m really excited to see the results of it I’m hoping for good things because I’ve been fighting high cholesterol since I was in my twenties and I’m in my fifties so it would be nice to get it finally under control and maybe of the statins
