Great tv, picture is crisp!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The input for the fiber optic cable wasn’t connected correctly on the tv. I had to pry it in place to even put the connector in. Hope that doesn’t become a long term problem. I probably should have called and shipped it back and got a new one from them.

The best quality television on the market

I really loved the vibrant colors and brightness of the overall screen quality. Having the remote was the best part that made things that much easier to sit and enjoy a superb quality television from Samsung.

Aesthetically pleasing, but horrible connectivity.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this TV because aesthetically, it’s beautiful and fits perfectly into my space. The design is definitely the standout feature. However, the performance has been disappointing specifically the WiFi connectivity. Since installation, the TV disconnects from WiFi almost every day. My previous TV never had this issue, and my router is located right next to the TV, so signal strength shouldn’t be a problem. The Samsung installation team set everything up correctly, and it initially connected without any issues. Unfortunately, the connectivity problems started immediately after and have been consistent ever since. At this point, it’s frustrating because while the TV looks great, the daily connectivity issues make it difficult to enjoy. I would absolutely rate this higher if the WiFi performance were reliable, but for now, that’s been a major drawback.

JackieH, Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity. If your TV is having trouble connecting to the network, the following steps may help resolve the issue: Signal & Setup Tips: 1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV, One Connect Box, and router. Power Cycle Devices: 3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully. Connection Type: 4. Evaluate your connection method – o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions. o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable. o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device. Run Built-In Diagnostic Tools: 5. Network Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test 6. Wi-Fi Check: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi Last Resort: 7. 55” Frame

Very average and slow
It’s pretty but below average picture/performance for a high end TV. Picture quality is fine but the performance in terms of speed is awful. Constant latency.

Disappointing TV viewing guaranteed
Loses connection to TV provider frequently, owners now expected to pay for pictures for the Frame while TV is off, so-called Smart Things app is a waste of time as it doesn’t operate as advertised. Wish I had stuck with the previous Frame model that gave years of enjoyable TV viewing

Default sports/children home page, yuck!
Generally happy with TV with the exception of the sports and children programming splashed all over the home page. I try to avoid both of these and now it is blasted out at us everytime we go to the home page. It feels infintile. Can I get rid of this?

Volume issues
The volume on the TV will randomly go up and down. It’s not enjoyable. The TV is sleek.

A MUST FEATURE FOR MY EYES
I bought this product a month ago and I am thoroughly enjoying it. The picture quality is superb and the non-glare non-reflective matte screen is excellent and the best of what is competively out there. A must feature for my eyes.

Love it!
So far so good. Had this tv for over 6 months and it’s great. I did not want a tv in my living room because it takes up so much space but with the frame, you get beautiful pictures and can change whenever you like. The quality of the tv is also great, good resolution, Colors and soudn. I recommend even though the price is a little higher.

Great every day TV.

I love the picture and in particular the anti glare feature. The TV is in a room with quite a few windows and lamps as well and the picture on the screen is not affected at all. This set up was easy and simple right out of the box. Very happy with my purchase
