However, there are a couple of ways you can still access Dish Network on this LG TV: Dish Network Receiver: The most common method is to connect a Dish Network receiver to your LG TV via an HDMI cable. This is the number of pixels horizontally on the TV (3840) and the number of pixels vertically (2160). If you multiply those numbers, the total number of pixels on the TV is 8,294,400. My wife and I got this TV for what we thought was a great price on a Black Friday sale, only to get it home and discover that it is the SLOWEST TV in existence. After spending hours adjusting settings to get rid of the constant barrage of AI suggestions and ads, the TV still has a nearly 3-5 second lag on all button inputs on all streaming services, and even the main menu. Save your money and headache and buy a Samsung/Roku/Sony instead.

Pictures are deceiving.

The pictures are incorrect for the locations of the HDMI / USB ports. The third HDMI port is not on the back of the tv. This causes a spacing issue.

Not as advertised.

First off the remote control did not work to enable me to speak to the TV. I was instructed to get a magic remote. Also the screen didn’t look pristine at all. It was a bit blurry, not what it would expect for this TV. And also lagged when I was trying to go between stations -I really wanted to like it.

Cracked Screen

Arrived with a dent in the box and a matching crack in the screen. Could not exchange in store as it was a black friday special item and no longer carried in store and when we asked if we could return it in store and have them ship a new one we were told they could take the return but then we would have to order a new one at the new price. Opted to return through UPS and now even though UPS shows it arrived on the 5th Target still shows waiting on return and hasn't shipped the replacement.

Cheap for a reason.

The reality is that this is a cheap edge lit tv and there’s a good chance you’ll turn it on and say, “why are there bright spots on the edges of the screen?” (see photo). Edge lit tvs allow them to be thin and cheap, but these types of TVs have quality control issues and will bleed light from the edges into the screen making bright spots. Nicer tvs don’t have this problem because they either have a type of "back light" like FALD or are self emitting like OLED. It’s only visible on dark scenes, so it might not bother you. Anyway, if you buy this, know that you’re rolling the dice on getting one with a good back panel.
