  • A: My 55" LG tv shuts down for no apparent reason when I click Home or try to access Netflix. I don't know if it's my LG or my Verizon provider. Comments please. This is so frustrating. I've had 2-3 new set top boxes from Verizon too.

Q: Does this TV have a way to turn WiFi back on. I have a LG TV and it says turn WiFi back on and there is no place to do that. I will not buy another TV I can't use as a smart TV.

The app allowed me to place the order for this product showing it was in stock. When I went to pick it up, it was in fact not in stock. The frustrating part of this is it takes a while to get refunded your money.

Love them

I have the 43’ & 55’ bought them in October of 2024. I love them! I decided to leave a review because I’m considering buying another for a different room. For the price these are great! Not sure how they have such bad reviews.

Do not buy.

Terrible TV. Does not connect to internet well, ads play on screen saver (WITH NOISE). Do not recommend.

Randomly powers on

Our TV has been nothing but problems since we got it. It terms on randomly. It has had the motherboard replaced and still has problems. We can hear channels that we don’t have on. LG channels turn on with no one around.

Poor set up information.

We bought this LG television because we had other LG products. Unfortunately, we found the TV impossible to set up. The instructions were hard to understand and there weren’t even very basic instructions included. It was so frustrating that we returned the TV and are now trying to decide on a different brand instead.

Disappointing

TV only lasted four months and Target does not accept returns! The screen has a vertical line that runs down the center. Please see photo below. We called the service center and we were dropped by the customer service rep when we took a photo of the tv screen for him to see.

The TV is good the remote it comes with is terrible. Stop taking the number button off remotes.
