This kind of power cycling can often be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps: 1. Check the power cable for secure connection and signs of damage. If it’s bent, pinched, pressed by furniture, or shows wear, replacing it may resolve the issue. 2. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and test operation. 3. Update the TV’s software (if the TV remains on long enough). Note that a power interruption during an update can cause further issues, so only proceed if the TV is staying on reliably. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 4. If your TV is connected to SmartThings, it may be turning on from a signal sent through the network. You can disable this feature by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile = Off If none of these steps resolve the issue, your TV may need service.     Beautiful images

    It is a very good TV. Size images are wonderful. It’s look like beautiful in my wall. The only thing I really complain about is the fact that the sistem Tizen is not easy to use or install new apps.

    Best Samsung I've had yet!

    I've had my 65" Samsung U8000H Crystal UHD 4K TV for about 7 months now and the key difference for me has been with gaming. I am playing the same games I played on my 4 year old Samsung TV, but the way I experience them has been dramatically improved. I can't even find the words to describe how smooth gameplay is now, almost like upgrading the gaming system itself. The crisp, beautiful display is perfection. Another thing my husband and I noticed immediately was that while watching a movie with lots of dark scenes, we can see the details so much better without having to adjust the settings. I looked up how it's so good compared to our older TVs and apparently, there is actually a special software this model uses that adjusts the settings in real time while watching or playing! That really blows my mind! I am not very tech savvy and I was able to set the whole thing up on my own and even more incredible, I was able to unpack it, snap the stands on it and pick the thing up without help! It was a great surprise for my husband and something I don't believe I'd be able to do with an older TV this size. Lastly, of course it has my beloved Samsung TV and the platform is improved, but similar enough to my last TV that it was an easy transition. I love how convenient navigating the menu is, even with such a simple remote. I had to use my parent's remote recently and it was like learning to read again, and do not get me started on the frustration trying to find a movie on their system. I'm so happy with our Samsung, which is no surprise, they are the only brand I will buy!

    Trouble Free

    I bought this new TV to replace my 2016 model 58" Samsung Smart TV. Nothing wrong with the old one , i just wanted the modern technology with a slightly smaller size. Pleased with my selection.

    Disappointed

    Not very happy with this purchase . Unfortunately, anfter only about two months we had to have The TV serviced . It needed A whole new computer board . We stopped buying Samsung's years ago because of issues we have had in the past but decided to try again. Wish we hadn’t gone back to Samsung. Never again.

    Sucks

    I hate this tv!! Will never buy another Samsung! Most of the time audio and picture are not in sync. Some apps like PBS volume is so low I have to crank it up to 70 to barely hear. Over the air viewing with my antenna sucks. If a station doesn’t come in right away it deletes it and I have to rescan for channels.
