This kind of power cycling can often be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps: 1. Check the power cable for secure connection and signs of damage. If it’s bent, pinched, pressed by furniture, or shows wear, replacing it may resolve the issue. 2. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and test operation. 3. Update the TV’s software (if the TV remains on long enough). Note that a power interruption during an update can cause further issues, so only proceed if the TV is staying on reliably. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 4. If your TV is connected to SmartThings, it may be turning on from a signal sent through the network. You can disable this feature by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile = Off If none of these steps resolve the issue, your TV may need service.     Great Picture, Fast Software, and Easy to Use

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I’m very happy with my Samsung 65-inch TV. The picture quality is very good, and the software is fast and responsive with very little, if any, noticeable lag. The menu system is also pretty easy to navigate and doesn’t take long to get used to. One feature I really like is the integration with Google Home. It works well with the rest of my smart home setup and makes controlling the TV more convenient. There are a couple of things I would like to see improved. I wish there were more apps available directly through the TV. I also wish the TV could continue listening for Google Home commands while it is turned off. It would be great to be able to simply say a command to turn the TV on or off without having to reach for the remote. Overall, though, I’m very satisfied with the TV. The excellent picture quality, fast software, easy-to-use menus, and smart home integration make it a very good experience. The picture is so good I often use it as a backstop for my YouTube review videos.

    Superior Streaming TV’s

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 3 new Samsung TV’s, 85 inch, 65 inch, and 55 inch. I couldn’t be happier!! 1. Samsung TV Plus: WOW, WOW, WOW, so many channels and did I mention all for free. My favorite “Universal Monsters” 2. New remotes: Pro’s = smaller design but, and I absolutely love this, Solar Powered, no need for batteries. Ker-ching, I win again. Con’s = less features and buttons on smaller remote, older Samsung remotes still work but include many features and buttons that are no longer on smaller remote. 3. Picture quality is superior bar none. 4. Dual audio: this was a must for me, I suffer hearing loss and having dual audio gives me my own audio to control the volume as soft or loud as I choose with Bluetooth air buds, everyone else has TV Speaker which is set how they want. PERFECT! 5. The TV’S will let you hook a video camera to USB and presto, you can now use that camera to view your home while you are away. WONDERFUL 6.     Excellent crystal UHD TV

Between the built in apps, the excellent picture, crisp sound, this television is just a perfect addition to our household. Another quality Samsung television.

    Overall good tv

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this TV I've had it for over a year now and it hasn't let me down yet. The main reasons I got it is because I like to cast from my phone to the TV since I have a Samsung galaxy and casting is really easy, and its a cheap 4k. The only problems ive had so far is when using the settings menue the TV can lag slightly and the back of the TV remote doesnt stay latched.
