This kind of power cycling can often be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps: 1. Check the power cable for secure connection and signs of damage. If it’s bent, pinched, pressed by furniture, or shows wear, replacing it may resolve the issue. 2. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and test operation. 3. Update the TV’s software (if the TV remains on long enough). Note that a power interruption during an update can cause further issues, so only proceed if the TV is staying on reliably. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 4. If your TV is connected to SmartThings, it may be turning on from a signal sent through the network. You can disable this feature by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile = Off If none of these steps resolve the issue, your TV may need service.     Samsung 43" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV UN43U8000FFXZA is possessed! We had the menu turned off, now it was automatically turned on and cannot turn off, very annoying! Very often it stops and asks customers to hit a button to continue!! Why? Why not automatically continue without having your customers to do anything? Should update your software to handle it automatically!! The favorite channels are listed in order of when they are created, very stupid and hard to find! They should be listed by channel number like other tvs, with 1 first and the highest number last. The remote is ridiculous! Very hard to use, no numbers to enter station numbers to select.

This includes all of my TVs as Samsung is generally the only product I've ever purchased when it comes to televisions and cell phones. I know people say things about the brightness and how it's not backlit enough but personally I beg to differ. I have an 85 inch on my living room wall Its not the crystal UHD but that TV also has the greatest picture ever! I love my Samsungs, including my phones!

    A real hassle

    I am not happy that I have to select HDMI every time I turn on my TV. My husband and my mother also have Samsung TV's, yet they do not have to manually select HDMI.

    Really enjoy the 75” size - it’s great for movies and bluetooth speaker connect ability makes more like a theatre experience. Enjoy the different setting offered depending on the type of show on screen, have never regretted this purchase!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was super easy, and I say that as somebody who has lived much of my life without owning a tv. I had no problem setting it up myself. Sound quality is good, though obviously would be better if I added a soundbar. Choice of wallpaper gives it the option to make the device into a quasi-decor peice in my tiny apartment! The color, vibrancy, brightness, contrast, and upscaling is fantastic. Responsiveness can be a little slow, but it could be a wifi issue.

    Disappointed Night Scenes

    Movie night scenes, darker rooms, and scenes in dim light are dark to the point where you can't see anything. Just complete darkness. Especially if it's an action scene, you can't see what's happening in the movie! Wrestling on WWE is very clear and so are the local TV channels like the news or sitcoms. But movies on Netflix or any movie streaming is horrible! I miss my Plasma. Can't match them.

    65" NEO QLED Don't bother

    Bought a 65" NEO QLED to replace my 50" 720p. To start off this model is only a slight upgrade in picture quality. The sound wasn't bad but then had an issue just months after purchase. Had the main board replaced along with all for speakers sound was better. Not a week after now the sound goes out on its own happened four times took video now Samsung says they can't do anything until it happens again and I do a sound test. This will be my last samsung tv will be getting an LG next time

    UNMATCHED TV & IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] beautiful vibrant screen display, easy access to all your favorite streaming, and unmatched movie nights. This is the first tv I’ve been able to shop for and own and I didn’t know where to start or look for. But seeing it on display I just kept walking back over to it. Graphics are phenomenal. No need to spend money for movies when I get to stay home and have my own cinematic adventure and immersive experience in the comfort of my house around my favorite people. I think shopping for electronics in homes can feel like a heavy hit at times. But this is a purchase you will thank yourself for and never look down upon. I would do it 10000x over again just to be able to experience such beauty and tranquility in some of my favorite comfort shows and movies.

    Difficult remote control

    The For you button does not always give me what I last saw. And when I go to favorites, it does not always let me open my favorite screen. And about the time I get either of these figured out, something changes on it. I am so discouraged and do not watch this on this TV as much as I would like.

    This is an awesome Smart TV

    Picture brightness is awesome, and the vibrancy of the colors is amazing. So far the contrast and the upscaling seems perfect and responsiveness is great. I would recommend this TV series to everyone!

    Great Value TV with great features

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just bought the new U8000F Crystal UHD TV (2025 model) and I am super happy with it! The picture is super clear, and the colors really pop when I'm watching sports or movies. Setting it up was a breeze—it took me less than 15 minutes to get it out of the box and connected to my Wi-Fi. The smart menu is easy to use, so finding Netflix or YouTube is a piece of cake. Sound quality is pretty good for basic TV speakers, too. Definitely a awesome buy for the price!
