Terrible TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not recommend this TV the remote doesn't turn it off or on consistently. I can't Advance through the programs it very slow to move from one one click to the other. The home screen is confusing it's not a simple. I was difficult to add it app in spite of following your directions. If I am using a streaming service then I want to show that not Samsung TV. If I could find another brand in 32 inch I would replace it

Hi kcr592, We appreciate your feedback regarding remote performance. If your F6000F TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps: 1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Check the battery level – Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control 3. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 4. Run Device Care to clear memory and close background apps that may slow performance: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat is also available through the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor

Not the TV but Remote Issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not so much a rating on this tv as it is a multiple interface problem with 3 Samsung products in the same room. The remotes cause various issues.

FHD Smart TV (32")
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the expected astectics are the quality expected with a Samsung TV. The overall rating is due to challenges with the TV and remote communication as well as the wireless network seems to drop and reconnect frequently despite being a part of a meshed wireless network (closets node is under15 feet away and direct liine of sight).

Hi Aaron B, Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity. If your TV is having trouble connecting to the network, the following steps may help resolve the issue: Signal & Setup Tips: 1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV and router. Power Cycle Devices: 3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully. Connection Type: 4. Evaluate your connection method – o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions. o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable. o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device. Run Built-In Diagnostic Tools: 5. Network Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test 6. Wi-Fi Check: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi Last Resort: 7. Perform a Factory Reset (if issues persist): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Note that this will return all settings to their original defaults. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please reach out to Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Not happy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is super sluggish. I use a Roku with it for all viewing because using the Samsung interface reminds me of a super low budget tablet that takes forever to think and perform any asked task. It immediately becomes confused if it's even slightly rushed. It offers a limited and poor selection of apps to download. Another reason I use a Roku device with it. I truly regret purchasing this particular TV.

You can check this by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update To further optimize performance, try running Device Care, which checks memory, clears unused cached data, and closes background apps: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care If issues continue, please reach Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. It turns back on by itself

Hi Rosinha, Thanks for sharing your experience. If your TV is powering on by itself, there are a few settings and external triggers to review: 1. Power On with Mobile – Your TV may be connected to the SmartThings app or other networked devices. To stop wake signals, turn this feature off: Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile = Off 2. Check for Active Timers – Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Timer Settings, then disable any On Timers or Sleep Timers 3. Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) – If your TV is connected to external HDMI devices, one of them may be triggering power-on behavior. To disable this feature: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = Off 4. Software Update – Make sure your TV is up to date: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If you’ve ruled out all the above and your TV still powers on unexpectedly, try unplugging it for 30 seconds. Should the issue continue, please call Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Awesome Picture!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can say…it’s a Samsung! Great television. Years ago before Samsung there was Sony, that was the only tv I would buy because they were the best in my opinion. Now my opinion is…move over Sony…you are still good but I prefer Samsung.
