Description

The Anderic FAN35T Ceiling Fan Remote Control is a direct replacement for the original Harbor Breeze FAN35T remote. Designed for seamless pairing with receivers that use dip-switch configuration, this remote ensures reliable control of fan speed and lighting. Inside the battery compartment, you’ll find a dip-switch panel used to match your ceiling fan’s receiver settings. For fans equipped with the FAN30R receiver, the FAN35T remote can also be paired using the Learn button for quick and simple setup. Please note, this remote will not work with receivers that require Learn-button-only pairing and do not have dip-switches. If your original remote used only a Learn button and your receiver lacks dip-switches, this replacement will not be compatible. In that case, a full remote and receiver kit—such as the Anderic RR7079TKIT—is recommended. The FAN35T operates at 303.9MHz and requires a 23A12V battery (not included). Available in ivory color.

  • A: Maybe, Depends if your fan came with the FAN35T remote originally. If so, then yes. If no, then probably not.

Perfect replacement remote

My old remote had died but this Anderic remote worked perfectly the first try! I simply matched the tabs to the original and voila!!

This remote was the perfect replacement for my old fan remote. I was pleasantly surprised when I set the tabs the same as the old one it worked the first attempt! Yippee!

Item can and did pair with the fan30r receiver but somehow on the 3 speed ceiling fan the lowest speed doesn't work
