I love the couch- it fits perfect for the space and I like the firmness. However the way it was packed left a large red mark down the front arm of the couch. I tried reaching out and got NO response I feel I should be compensated for this. I would submit all 5 stars if there was a better way to communicate. I'm not about to take it all back apart to return it.

Uncomfortable

Cushions are super hard. You can feel the springs while sitting. Would be ideal for a couch that is not going to be used for comfort. Like maybe in a waiting room or office.

Laying on this couch is somehow worse than sleeping on the ground. It is not comfortable at all. The back “reclines” but it honestly makes you more uncomfortable. I bought this with the attention of having a friend sleep over but after taking a nap on it I would never put someone through that pain. The only nice part is the pull out part can come out and I can use it as a nice foot rest. Not worth the money- you’ll regret it.

We love it!

We love this sofa, we have the dark grey. Keep in mind it's a small sofa but it's perfect for us and it's perfect for apartments/condos. It came really good boxed and the instructions are clear. But anyways it's very easy to put together, I think it takes more time opening the boxes that putting it together. The bed part of it it's hard, but since it's not supposed to be used for long term, it should be fine. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. I also want to add, that the company has an excellent customer service. I contacted them directly because I had a bad experience with another seller and I was a little anxious about this one, but they answered via email all my questions and were very kind.
